Just a suggestion to maybe have a bar fridge in standard rooms.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of Cape Town, with easy access to markets, shops, restaurants and public transport. It is a very convenient place to stay when exploring the city, especially with family.
What really stood out was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable, and we really appreciated the warm atmosphere and overall experience.
Nothing major to complain about. We had a minor water issue at the beginning of our stay, but the amazing staff were quick to respond and resolved it promptly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

The location is great since it’s in Long street
There are no fridges in the rooms. No safe for valuables. Water pressure on the best floor (8th) isn’t that great. Lastly, no smart TV. The channels are limited, boring and the aspect ratio of the the display is wrong
