Condo includes what you will need to enjoy the beach such as new beach chairs and a beach umbrella. If you break or lose an item, please replace it before you depart. Please return the items sand-free (extra cleaning charges will apply if not). 1 queen bed. 2 guests may sleep in this queen bed. One additional guests may sleep on the new sleeper sofa in the living room. Free parking for one car. This unit is on the second floor, with no elevator. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, pans, etc. Bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. You can walk up to Wings to purchase beach towels. I request one full payment in advance of your stay. Your reservation is not final until payment is made and processed. I provide a number of items that guests may use during their stay - beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. Any items that are lost or broken should be replaced before you check-out. Failure to replace items will result in additional charges. Cancellation Policy =========== In the event that a guest cancels a reservation, or the owners or management company have to cancel the arrangements due to non-payment of the balance due within the time allowed, cancellation charges will be made as follows: * More than 8 weeks before arrival date: $50.00 USD cancellation fee. * Between 4 and 8 weeks before arrival date: 50% of rental amount * Less than 4 weeks before arrival date: 100% of rental amount.
