As so often with serviced apartments, the beds and pillows could be a bit more comfy but overall it's a convenient and well equipped apartment.

The welcome kit with coffee and tea was amazing. The property was very clean.

clean and modern had a great location. They paid attention to detail with extra blankets, a small heater for the extra cold weather. That was a bit unusual for this time of year.

they did a great job with everything. Overall there were two extra alternative choices for lighting in the living room, which was great, but it would’ve been nice. Just being picky here to have dimmer switches on the other lights, because the bright lights in the kitchen in the hallway in the bathroom, we’re very strong. That is my only suggestion.

The neighborhood was nice .

The small insects in the kitchen and livingroom gave an impression of inadequate cleaning activities. Closing and opening the bath room door was laborious and made disturbing noise especially in the night.

The apartment looked just as nice and modern as it looks on the photos. The WiFi was great and we liked the location, despite the fact that we needed to get a bus if we wanted to go up to Las Canteras, that was easy and cheap. Also great transport links with the rest of the island, with San Telmo bus station so close by. There is also a large 'Spa' supermarket very close by to get everything you need and a large fridge and freezer to store it all. The entrance to the building was very modern, and the security was great, with cameras at the entrance and in the corridors. Check in and check out were also extremely smooth and easy. Whenever we needed to ask anything the host was very quick to reply and dealt with things straight away.

The fact that there was no oven (just a grill in the microwave) was a slight pain, but once you know that, you can get by cooking with the grill, microwave and the stove top fairly well. We could've perhaps done with a small vacuum cleaner, as we only had a brush to clean with during our stay.

Entry codes not provided until day we travelled and then with some chasing. Unfortunately we experienced a problem with tiny ants infesting the kitchen worktops and cupboards and eating stored items. There were only a limited number of cutlery items and mugs which is strange considering a dishwasher is provided.

High speed wifi for remote working, great location to get around the islands. We stayed for more than a month and they organised free cleaning of the flat every two weeks which was really great. Supermarket nearby and San Telmo bus station 10 minutes walking distance. We needed to work and requested an extra desk which was been organised so really helpful. Easy communication with the host. lots of clothes storage spaces - two built in wardrobe in both bedrooms

North facing and not much sunshine so can get a bit damp and cold. Kitchen slightly on the small side if you want to cook every day, but for short stay it should be functional. Found a couple of cockroach and after we reported it, the management team put something out to get rid of them which worked ok. Would be good to also have proper duvet - currently only two layers of sheets for the bed. The double bed was two single beds pushed together but mattress comfortable.

Everything was great. Also, you can park your car in front of the building after 8 pm free of charge.

Location is not in the city center but well connected with bus. Supermarket close. Modern flat, very clean, beds are confortable.

No heating, it was colder in the flat than outside. Basic products to cook (salt, oil...) and to clean are not provided. We were on the first floor with no balcony and poor lighting during the day unlike what's shown in the pictures.

What an amazing place and what an amazing host! The check in was a breeze, the apartment super clean, bright and cozy which is kind of rare in the Canarias. The kitchen has all the basics, the shower is hot and with good pressure. But most of all we were helped to find corona tests before our flight which seemed mission impossible. This is seriously an amazing experience!
