We did not make use of the breakfast or the restaurant. However, the staff and the hotel—including the room—are of excellent quality.
The architecture and the experience of being in a new environment were particularly noteworthy.
The only criticism I could make—directed at myself—is that we didn't stay longer.
It is fantastically located relative to the train station for taking day trips as far as Osaka and Nara—something I hadn't fully appreciated when planning our trip.
