I thought this was the nicest hotel I stayed at during my trip to Japan. Really nice staff, comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Good amenities, quiet and in a good location for many different attractions. Price was competitive and felt worth it.

Property is very clean and easy access to trains , food and shopping areas . I would recommend it to everyone especially first time visitors . Most important thing they will keep your luggage if you come early or leave late .

The hotel is in a nice, quiete area, in walking distance to the subway, shop and restaurants.
The room was surprisingly big compared to other hotel rooms I visited.
Staff are always happy and ready to help with any information.
I highly recommend You consider the hotel for the next trip to Kyoto.
There are no dislikes, at all.

Good location, 3 minute walk to Gojo Station. Nice and clean, with plenty of restaurants around.
We booked the twin room, the mattress is not very comfortable. The guy from the reception told us he would add 2 extra mattresses but never did.
