This home is located on a child friendly street that is quiet and private. The lot has a large back yard, which is fenced in on the back and on both sides. This home is located .06 mi. from the Parker River Beach, .06 mi. to the Sea View Beach and .75 mi. to the Bass River Beach and Boat Launch (Smugglers Beach).This Ranch style home has two bedrooms, one bath and comfortably sleeps four. This home is fully appliance, has all new hardwood floors, air conditioning in both bedrooms and a walk out Cape Cod style porch with wicker furniture. Additional features include: walking distance to area shopping centers, restaurants and ice cream shops. We just love it here and so will you!!!!!! However they are available through Essential Rentals. Also available are baby essentials such as cribs and strollers, bikes, and kayaks. About Yarmouth: Yarmouth is one of the oldest towns on Cape Cod and was incorporated in 1637.The town is made up of four communities, each part having a different flavor about it. Yarmouth has 15 fresh and salt water beaches. The Home is located in South Yarmouth or the Bass River Area which you will find some of the Cape Cods finest Beaches overlooking Nantucket Sound. South Yarmouth offers shopping, entertainment and many family type restaurants. The Bass River is the largest Tidal River on the eastern seaboard and divides Yarmouth and Dennis. The river can be explored by Kayak or Charter Boats. Yarmouthport is located on Rt. 6a and is a community of antique shops, fine restaurants and lovely sea captain homes. I had the good fortune to stay at Summer Ayer in October 2023. Everything about my stay was outstanding. Booking and making payment was straightforward. The host was excellent about communicating before and during the rental period; any emails I sent received a lightning-fast response. The house and property were perfect for my month-long stay. Lynn and Keith have thoughtfully curated an amazing beach house that looks and feels like Cape Cod inside and out. The immaculately clean house is comfortable and roomy and has been outfitted with everything a vacationer could need or want. Great thought and detail went into how the house was equipped; there are plenty of pillows, bedding, towels, etc.; the kitchen has been beautifully outfitted with cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. The house is decorated in a clean, casual, nautical style that constantly reminds you that the beach is just down the street. The covered outdoor patio is a great bonus space. The yard is beautifully landscaped and has a couple of sitting areas and even a hammock. The gas grill was nice to have. The outdoor shower provided a new experience. The house is situated in a cute, quiet neighborhood a couple of blocks south of Route 28. The mid-Cape location is convenient for excursions in every direction. Summer Ayer is a wonderful vacation house, and the Shaws are wonderful hosts. I hope to be able to come again in the near future!

Despite the weather we enjoy long walks after work and this house is less than 1 mile to the Beach. The owners Keith and Lynn were wonderful and always available when we had questions. Simply wonderful says it all. Great location close to beach, grocery stores and all types of eateries. House is charming, clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. We were able to relax and enjoy all the cape has to offer. Thank you!

This home has everything and more for the perfect cape trip. My family and I could ride our bikes to the Parker River Beach, just a ten minute trip (and that is with a five year old rider)! Keith and Lynn go above and beyond for their guests, and the house was cool and comfortable for our return from a hot day at the beach! We loved eating our meals outside and enjoying the beautiful yard and brand new grill. Can’t wait to go back!

Vacationed in winter, house was comfortable and warm the entire stay, landscapers promptly plow street, drive and walkway. Great neighbors, close to everything I wanted to see and do on the Cape. Clean, spacious, walking distance to a lovely beach. Excellent wifi, handling multiple devices and streaming, no issues. Would gladly stay again!

Good location for young family
This was a very clean and well decorated Cape Cod house. The accommodations work well for a couple with two children. The location is perfect for accessing the beaches and Hyannis with ferries to the islands. There are many mini golf options and restaurants as well as two full service grocery stores and drug stores very close by. The neighborhood is very quiet.

We had an awesome week at Summer Ayer - 6/5/21 to 6/12/21. The home is spotless and very convenient to the beach, bike trails, golf and several other Cape attractions. A perfect oasis!
Spent the month of April at 50 Holly Lane and it could not have been more perfect. (Well, maybe if it was 80 degrees and sunny, but I digress.) The cottage is impeccably decorated; the wifi is adequate for working remotely; the location offers access to the beach and to most anything else you need within walking distance; and the hosts, Keith and Lynn, could not have been more communicative or accommodating. We took advantage of some challenging hiking trails (definitely check out the Sand Dune Trail in Provincetown), several area golf courses, and great takeout (Gerardi's Cafe!). All in all, Summer Ayer was a perfect oasis for these crazy times.. Thanks, Keith and Lynn for sharing your gem of a home!

Everything at the property was amazing. We knew before hand that it was off season, so surely expected and wanted the stay to be peaceful, and it was indeed. If the rain gods were more favorable, the stay could have been better.

50 Holly Lane is a wonderful cozy cottage just minutes from the beach and local shopping, restaurants, breweries and wineries. We had all the amenities we needed, the horseshoe pits were a lot of fun and the hammock was a great place to relax. Looking forward to going back in the future!

We love this place! It’s our second year in a row renting here and we plan to go back. The house is perfect for the two of us and is in a great location relative to everything we need. Keith is always readily available and has been prompt with answering any questions. I would highly recommend!

End of summer get away
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Keith’s and Lynn’s home. The house was very clean, and nicely appointed. The location is very convenient to many beaches, restaurants, and shops. Everything you need for cooking and outdoor activities is on site. The outdoor shower is fabulous. We have already reserved our stay for Labor Day week next year.

My husband and I had a great week at Keith’s place! Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. The house was very clean and stocked with everything! We loved the outdoor shower and enjoyed relaxing on the porch and in the hammock. We had two friends visit for a night and had plenty of room for the four of us. Would definitely recommend for a Cape vacation!

The owner Keith Shaw was very nice and called to make sure we were all set with everything, which was much appreciated. Perfect Relaxing Cottage
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely vacation home. The many amenities such as the washer/dryer, beach gear, BBQ grill and outdoor shower was a plus. The little things such as toiletry and kitchen staples was a tremendous convenience. The house/backyard/porch was so clean, peaceful, quiet and very well kept. We enjoyed sitting out in the porch having breakfast everyday. The owners Keith and Lynn provided a binder with instructions to the house as well as menus and things to do. Keith also called to make sure we were okay with everything. We will stay here again the next time we visit the area.

Best Cape stay to date!
We switched locations this year and are so happy we did. The house is very well kept and has everything you need. Loved sitting on the patio every morning having coffee and reading. We even ordered in one evening and ate out while it was drizzling, the porch kept us nice and dry. Keith and Lynn were both great in responding to questions before and during our stay.

This was our Best house yet on the cape. Great beach neighborhood. Short walk to a beautiful beach. We also loved the fact that we could walk to restaurants and early morning coffee runs. The house was exactly as described. Super clean and has everything you will need. Enjoyed the darling porch and having a washer and dryer. Meticulous Landscaping and large yard was also great. The kids loved the "Cape Cod" out door shower too! Highly recommend Keith's house. Thanks Again

Perfect family getaway in the Cape!
What a beautiful, CLEAN, comfortable home!! It is very evident that Keith cares for his renters, and it was much appreciated. We have stayed in many homes that haven’t felt like “home,” except for this one! The yard was perfect for our kids to run around in, street quiet and great for walks and bike rides. The location was perfect - a nice, relaxing walk to the beach, or a very short bike ride/drive. It was also very convenient to many of our favorite activities and attractions. The beach was wonderful, as it had bathrooms and play area for kids! We loved our trip to the Cape, but this home was the icing on the cake. Thank you! We hope to rent here again!

Exactly what we needed.
We chose this house because it was centrally placed to explore Cape Cod. We wanted a quiet, comfortable, stylish place that did not take dogs, everything was exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable, the well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook at home for our special diet, we felt very relaxed, slept well and feel refreshed. Thank you for making us so welcome, we highly recommend this house.
