Our seven grandchildren (aged 4-15) loved the large heated pool and the separate areas where cousins could gather. The 6 adults loved proximity to shops and cafes, the flexibility of who slept where and the classic 50's house features. I appreciated owner warning about slippery stairs in wet weather. Plenty of bathrooms. A separate unit let my husband and I (happily in our 70's) occasionally escape.

13 of us stayed here over the long weekend and it was truly the most magnificent house. It is so wonderful and spacious in person, the attention to detail, the aesthetic, the love, the comfort and genuine effort that’s gone into this place was easily felt by our whole group and we would all stay again one day. David was also super kind and easy to chat with when we needed to check in and out. Honestly, this place is just amazing and I’d recommend it to everyone :) so happy we came here!

Wow! What an amazing place, exceeded expectations by a million miles! Thank you David, you made us feel so very welcome. The property is lovingly restored and very comfortable for a large group. There were 12 of us (six couples) and we all had our own space to relax. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. The large sunny dining room is beautiful. The perfect spot for breakfast and to celebrate my birthday dinner with friends. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Travelled with group of ladies who wanted their own rooms, so house worked perfectly for us. We loved the retro feel of the place. We self-catered (shopped local) and place had most things you’d need. Comfy beds, hot showers and nice and clean. Would stay there again.
