Nestled in Saint Pete Beach, this charming condo for $160 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Friendly Native #803 An updated 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1st floor condo. Located within walking distance to some of the most popular beach restaurants and venues in St Pete Beach! A short walk out to the heated community pool or walk to the beach in just a few minutes to put your toes in the gulf, take a beach chair sit back and relax. There are trolleys close by that can take you to Downtown St Pete, Pass a Grille or Clearwater. Close to John's Pass for even more restaurants and shopping. It is your choice to sit and relax or go exploring to different islands, museums, the micro breweries, movies and nightlife that the beach and downtown St Pete has to offer. Wall mounted smart TVs in the living room and the bedroom. A newly remodeled walk in shower. Stainless steel upgraded appliances in the kitchen. Sleeps 5: King size bed in bedroom, a pull out sleeper sofa in Living room (sleeps 2) and the ottoman unfolds into a twin bed (sleeps 1). A family oriented location. There is no smoking in the condo and pets are not allowed. Distance from Beach: Beach is located across a few parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water. Please see picture with Friendly Native Condos circled to gauge distance. Buildings 100-400 are around the pool, buildings 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This condo is in building 800. Central heat and air. Electronic door code for flexible check-ins Wi-fi, cable, linens & towels are included. Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals. Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of beach stores within walking distance. There is a BBQ area on site as well as bike racks. A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars. Shopping is close by. Many guests do not bring a car, however 1 parking pass is included, if needed! Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced. We loved our stay! The condo is perfectly situated across the street from the beach. The heated pool was quiet with plenty of space to relax. There is the paradise grill right in front of the beach for quick bites! beach towels were conveniently provided for a fee.
The condo was spacious and comfortable. We felt very at home. There were some mixed reviews about the bed being uncomfortable, but we slept great on the king sized bed!
Roger communicated to us quickly, we appreciate it!

We had stayed in same unit previously. Enjoyed it. There was an issue with the mattress being turned wrong but it was taken care of quickly. I highly recommend the unit. A keirug coffee maker would be nice

The location was great, it was clean and updated. Previous guests had left things such as paper plates and plastic cups which was great since we forgot those things when we went to the store. The biggest issue was the bed was hard and very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on bricks and made for a lack of sleep for our entire stay. It is like an old school spring mattress with no cushion/pillow top on it. An updated pillow top bed and the place would be perfect.

The rental unit was clean and great for my friend and I to spend a long weekend at St. Pete. The beach access was super close and the beaches were beautiful. Short walk to fun beach bars. The rental chairs near the beach access were very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place! As pictured. Very clean. No issues with check-in or out. Easy process. It was a very short walk to the beach or pool. Can hear road noise from the bedroom but it’s not a dealbreaker for price to stay here. Adults slept in the bedroom. 3 kids and each slept comfortably on their own sofa in the living area at night. I would recommend this place for a family vacation.

This condo was perfect for our quick getaway! The condo it's self was updated and fully stocked with everything we needed. We were able to get a hold of Roger easily on the morning of check in and he was super accommodating. The location of the condo was also perfect for our stay. It was an easy walk to the beach and the pool was fantastic! We got to play shuffle board a couple times too. The property overall was very well maintained. The location of the condo was walking distance to many bars and restaurants! We have already talked about booking this same location again.

I have stayed here before and truly excellent on all accounts... Except this time some people who were in the unit above were waking up at 3:30 am and making noise and stomping about for about 3-4 hours. I am a very very deep sleeper but they were loud.

Pro:The property was very well maintained. Communication with Roger was very good. Price was ok. Con: We did not realize we had to walk about a half block to get to pool from our building section (800). Partly my fault for not researching site in more depth. Parking is somewhat of a pain on busy beach days since there is no dedicated parking lot with the property. Parking ok mid-week. Our main dissatisfaction was with St. Pete Beach itself. Too busy for us.

What a charming spot! It’s a very short walk to the beach, which we enjoyed everyday. The place is just the right size for enjoying a long weekend, and had just about everything you need. It was nice having the small kitchen to make breakfast and light meals, the bed was comfortable, and the heated pool on the property was a real treat for a December stay. The only thing I would’ve wanted was a small rack to dry dishes, but that would by no means keep me from staying again!

It’s a great location, but the unit is at ground level on one side and somewhat underground on the other, so there’s no view at all. I worked most of the days, but it was somewhat claustrophobic. Very nicely finished inside with new fixtures.

Hurricane Ian had just Florida. The conference I was attending in St Pete Beach canceled due to the hurricane. The manager would not let me cancel or reschedule my visit. The same for the terrible insurance: Generali Global Assistance.

Everything was just as described. However, I would request that the owner consider upgrading the mattress and pillows. Again, no fault of theirs but was a bit hard for us. Also, this unit was in opposite side of complex from pool or beach. Again, not a big deal, just something to note. We had VERY loud upstairs neighbors during our stay, but again, that isn’t the fault of the owner. We were able to resolve most of it by speaking with them directly. Overall, a great condo, and I think you should stay here!

The condo was very nice and a minute from the beach with great restaurants within walking distance. The beach was beautiful! However, the building and hallway were under construction and was dirty and had cardboard lining the dirty hallway. The condo next to us was being painted and smelled like paint. This should have been stated in the advertisement. I didn’t appreciate bringing my family into a dirty hallway under construction and being awakened early with construction workers .

Property was close to the beach, the remodel was beautiful, and the bed was nice.
Everything else about the stay was disgusting. Used tampon under the sink in the bathroom, hair and crud on the wall tiles in the bathroom, window sills dirty, shower had hair stuck on the walls, shower head disgusting, freezer overflowing with ice and old food stuck in bins. The unit smelled ok, but the building smelled terrible. The ONLY saving grace was the owner did leave the cleaning supplies locked up, so I was able to clean the bathroom myself.
If you are looking for rest and relaxation this is definitely not the place to stay. I think the occupants above this unit live there and they are so loud! Stomping all times of the night, it was terrible.
