Just steps to the beach! Beautiful ocean view. Pet-friendly for a small fee. Sheets and towels are provided at no additional cost. Cleaning fee of $125 is additional. This condominium is just one building away from the beach. The condo offers one king bed, one queen bed and one bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds (2 single tops/w double bottoms). Perfect for two families! COVID-19 For more than 19 years, 1st Rate Ocean City Properties has taken care of our guests by putting our best foot forward, continually upgrading items in our condos, making sure our condos are impeccably cleaned and providing top linens and towels. These practices guide us as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19.) Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event and we appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain this coronavirus. Please know that we are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the clock and have precautions in place to ensure a healthy stay at any of our three condos in Ocean City, MD. In this climate, we know travel may not be your first thought, but I want you to know the safety of our guests is our top priority. I want to thank you in advance for putting your trust in 1st Rate OC as you plan for future travels. Below is an update on what we are doing, keeping your safety top of mind. WHEN YOU BOOK Please know that when you book, you will have the reassurance that your deposit will be fully refundable up to 45 days in advance of your check-in date. If you cancel between 45 and 7 days before and your check-in date, you may reschedule your dates to another time, within a year from your original check-in date. We are closely monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health agencies for the latest developments related to COVID-19 and following the guidance of government and public health officials. We are reinforcing these agencies’ recommendations on the appropriate health and safety measures with our cleaning team and they have taken the required courses to make sure they are up to date with the required EPA and OSHA regulations to sanitize all units. BEFORE YOUR STAY Given the impact of COVID-19 on how we work, socialize and travel, we have been adapting our cleaning procedures to make sure our condos are ready for your stay. Please be assured that all surfaces, handles, light switches, furniture and remotes will be thoroughly disinfected. All linens, including comforters, quilts and shams, will be switched out for each guest. All throw pillows and throw rugs have been removed to keep things simple and clean. We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities and we assure you we are going the extra mile for our guests. THE CURRENT SITUATION IN OCEAN CITY The Beach and boardwalk are open both for relaxation and lounging or exercising. Restaurants are permitted to serve carryout or delivery and are beginning to offer outside seating. Retail stores will be open with limited capacity. We remind everyone to practice social distancing out of or groups of more than 10 people. Masks are recommended to wear in public.

The property was everything that the description said it was! It was beautifully decorated, clean and anything you could need is there for you to use! It is steps away from the beach and restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed 2 nights and wish we would have stayed more. This spot was so convenient. The beach being a building away was great for the kids and so many stores and fun things to do in walking distance. The place was clean and comfortable for all 8 of us! We had a great time! Will definitely book again.

Great location!
We prefer North OC and the location of this unit was perfect. A short walk to the beach made each day easy. There were plenty of places / stores along Coastal Highway nearby, so driving was not always a necessity. In our opinion, it was a value when considering places to stay.

Lovely Stay
Our family enjoyed our short, but sweet stay at Villa 7. Being close to the beach was priority so this was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and property owner was terrific and very responsive. This was our first trip to Ocean City, MD and enjoyed the sites. Assateague Island is a must see and the busy boardwalk was fun. If we choose to return to OC we will definitely try Villa 7 first.

Great condo, great food, just great!
I love it when a place has all kinds of options and thus one does. We walked to get bagels and coffee in the morning. But we also ubered for dinner. So much fun and yet I could hear the ocean when I woke up which is key to me.
The condo itself is well stocked and maintained. I slept really well here too. And the coach is super comfy. I fell asleep there after dinner one night. So relaxing. I will definitely return.

When walking in you know the place is taken care of. Things are tidy, not broken, visibly clean. We were amazed at all of the items in the condo from everyday kitchen utensils to uncommon gadgets such as crab mallets, blenders, crock pots etc. Lots of pots/pans and bowls. Everything you need in a kitchen is here including essentials of salt/pepper/sugar etc. The bathrooms are clean and shampoo/body wash are there if you forget yours from home! The bunk beds were sturdy & great for the kids. The mini plastic chairs were great for them to play with. The living room has more than enough room for everyone to sit comfortably. We were surprised when the kids found all of the kids toys, games and DVD's & VHS tapes (the best was when the 4yo had no idea what a VHS was). We did not use it but the dining room was large and sat 8. Although we were unable to sit on the beach due to weather, we found beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, balls etc in the closet as well which is a nice added touch. The condo was beyond our expectations! The master bedroom is quite spacious! All of the beds were extremely comfortable and cloud-like. The linens/blankets were nice & soft, not old or tattered. It was nice to go onto the LARGE balcony and see/hear the ocean. Walking to the beach was a breeze being so close! There is a foot cleaning area under the deck, just watch your head! 2 side notes: We did find a good bit of dust behind the furniture, under the beds and in the corners of the closets, as well as sand on most of the throw carpets. Normally this is not of any concern and "normal" in rentals we just have to check closely due to a childs' dust allergy (he was not bothered by it). Also, the "den" bedroom does not have a traditional closing door, it is a slatted folding door so it can become noisy if people are in the living room so whomever sleeps there should not expect total silence. Again, you are on vacation and these are not concerns, just FYI's. We will without a doubt book again!

The place is nice adequate Jeanne is very helpful. The building is not numbered kinda hard to locate the room and parking is confusing other than that was ok.

Clean, convenient, accommodated our group of 4 children and 2 Adults
The condo was well equipped, and had a convenient layout and plenty of room to accommodate 4 teens / pre-teens and 2 adults. We had plenty of common space to interact, play games and cards, and the everyone had their respective bedrooms for privacy. Location is pretty convenient w/ a very nice park across the street to walk the dog in the mornings.

Family friendly and close to the beach
We had a really good stay here. The property was spotless and having a combination lock rather than a keyed door was great so the kids (teenagers) could come in and out from the beach all day without having to worry about keys. And the room with bunk beds was perfect for having multiple kids stay. The property manager Jeanne was very easy to book with and always responded quickly to any questions. The one drawback of the place is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors’ every move. I’m not at all a light sleeper but I slept with earplugs every night. So bring some along if you don’t sleep deeply. Despite that, I highly recommend staying here and would rent it again for another family vacation

I love this place. It is situated in a great location just steps from the beach. The kitchen has everything you need and the rooms maximize the space to fit your family. One of the most important things is cleanliness and this place fits the bill. I would stay again in a heartbeat

Great place for families and friends to stay in OC
Stayed there on the off-season for a ladies weekend. Place was neat and clean, easy walk to the beach and shops. It was great that the owner provides soaps, shampoos, dish detergent, paper towels and other essentials so you don't have to bring or buy. Pictures and description of unit were very accurate. Would highly recommend to anyone renting in Ocean City.

Nicely laid out and furnished with all the appropriate amenities. The outdoor common area is especially great to have access to with beautiful ocean view. The owner was immediately responsive with any questions we had prior to our stay.

Everything we wanted
Went with 5 friends. A girls weekend. All of us agreed we loved the place and thought it was clean, tidy and super convenient. We Uber'd to a couple places for night life and it was easy to get dropped and picked up and low low dollars. But then again we walked to several places too. And the beach was right there. An easy 2 minute walk. There is a sun deck. Which was also a great moon deck for relaxing after a long fun day where we could enjoy the stars. I will be back. Loved everything about it.
