This condominium is just one building away from the beach. The condo offers one king bed, one queen bed and one bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds (2 single tops/w double bottoms). Perfect for two families! COVID-19 For more than 19 years, 1st Rate Ocean City Properties has taken care of our guests by putting our best foot forward, continually upgrading items in our condos, making sure our condos are impeccably cleaned and providing top linens and towels. These practices guide us as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19.) Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event and we appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain this coronavirus. Please know that we are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the clock and have precautions in place to ensure a healthy stay at any of our three condos in Ocean City, MD. In this climate, we know travel may not be your first thought, but I want you to know the safety of our guests is our top priority. WHEN YOU BOOK Please know that when you book, you will have the reassurance that your deposit will be fully refundable up to 45 days in advance of your check-in date. If you cancel between 45 and 7 days before and your check-in date, you may reschedule your dates to another time, within a year from your original check-in date. We are closely monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health agencies for the latest developments related to COVID-19 and following the guidance of government and public health officials. We are reinforcing these agencies’ recommendations on the appropriate health and safety measures with our cleaning team and they have taken the required courses to make sure they are up to date with the required EPA and OSHA regulations to sanitize all units. BEFORE YOUR STAY Given the impact of COVID-19 on how we work, socialize and travel, we have been adapting our cleaning procedures to make sure our condos are ready for your stay. Please be assured that all surfaces, handles, light switches, furniture and remotes will be thoroughly disinfected. All linens, including comforters, quilts and shams, will be switched out for each guest. All throw pillows and throw rugs have been removed to keep things simple and clean. We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities and we assure you we are going the extra mile for our guests. THE CURRENT SITUATION IN OCEAN CITY The Beach and boardwalk are open both for relaxation and lounging or exercising. Restaurants are permitted to serve carryout or delivery and are beginning to offer outside seating. Retail stores will be open with limited capacity. We remind everyone to practice social distancing out of or groups of more than 10 people. Masks are recommended to wear in public.

We really enjoyed staying here. Was very close to beach access and was surrounded by stores, restaurants and a nice park. I was looking for a place that would accommodate my dogs, two children (ages 3 and 1.5), parents and brother. This set up worked well for us as we shared the “bunk bed room” with my kids which had enough room for a pack and play while my other family members had their own rooms. Living room and kitchen was spacious and we also enjoyed the outdoor patios. Would stay here again!

I loved the place, it was good sized,and very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated. Really close to the beach. You can see the ocean and it was a short walk maybe two minutes. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

My husband & I and our 2 daughters and spouses & my 3 year old grandson stayed for 5 days . We brought along our 2 fur babies . Great location . Close to park . Much in walking distance . Steps from beach . We meet property manager on beach one day , very kind & wanted to ensure we were enjoying our stay . Will definitely go back .

My extended Family rented all 4 units for Reunion & we ALL couldn't have been more pleased with facility! Fully stocked kitchen - BEST pans EVER (and this is a first) - Clean - Comfortable Furniture (and beds) - Wifi/Cable/Smart TV - we literally felt like we were at home. Location was perfect .... close enough to everything but far enough away ")

Stayed here with my wife and 2 boys. This was well equipped and access to beach just feet away. This is a summertime must stay and will definitely be back. I thank the owner for sharing the property and we will be back in the warm months for sure.

We were all really impressed with the property, the amenities and the thoughtful touches like starter soaps, shampoos, toiletries and cleaning supplies. Unlike many units I have rented, the linens and bath towels WERE INCLUDED!! The unit was spacious and comfortable and literally steps to the beach and within walking distance of lots of food, mini golf and other activities! It was perfect for our 2 families with mixed aged kids because we could enjoy the beach while they got to choose to be on the beach, walk across the street or hang out in the house and yet we were all near each other! Our dogs were welcome and the only downside is that OC has a no dogs on the beach policy during the season, but the owner isn't in control of that at all and she made sure we were aware when booking. There were lots of dogs in the neighborhood and lots of places to walk them. The owner was easy to communicate with and even helped us extend our stay by a night! I have stayed at dozens of houses from the Delaware beaches to Chincoteague over the past 20 years and this is one of my favorites. Highly recommend!

Location was excellent with only few steps to the beach and many good restaurants. Communication with owner was wonderful because she was so accommodating. The house was very clean when we checked in. The side deck was a bonus area for us to invite friends over and have a big seafood feast outside! Overall, we had so much fun and the house was excellent!! I would certainly come back. I’ve already marked this house as my favorite!!

This is an excellent place. It's very clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils. It is a real ocean-view with a wide-swath view of the ocean from two bedroom and the balcony. Jeanne is a generous host who was very fast to respond to all our questions. We are looking forward to coming again!

The condo was clean, well stocked, and honestly, we could not have asked for anything more. I've stayed in other condos, but this was the first one that supplied EVERYTHING you could need. From towels, sheets, washer and dryer, down to the laundry detergent. Our host was phenomenal. We arrived a little early, and with a quick call, there was no issue getting access to the condo. We would definitely stay again, and would not hesitate to give her a five star rating.

We enjoyed our stay very much! There were some pros and cons but overall we had a great time. Pros, the location was great for us and our family! We could get right up head to the beach and when we were done it was just a short walk back to the room. It was exactly as pictured and had a lot of stuff for us to be able to use. It was very roomy and I loved that we could bring our dog! Cons, we weren’t informed that at that time dogs were not allowed on the beach so our pup was stuck in his room all day. The beds were not great at all, the blinds on the sliding glass door were broke and when opened kept falling off, and the washing machine quit working after two days of being there and when trying to reach the owner she was unavailable which we understood things happen. But overall it was a good experience and great location for our family. We would stay again!

It was really clean, organized and the location was great. The property manager was professional and helpful. It is near yo a lot of places where you have fun and eat with your family. Overall, it was a great time for all of us, including our dog 🙂

This was the first time we got to take a vacation and bring our dog, also our whole immediate family as well. The condo was very clean and was very well stocked with necessities to get us started. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to bring their dog. Also the location is extremely close to beach.
