Just steps to the beach! Beautiful ocean view. Pet-friendly for a small fee. Sheets and towels are provided at no additional cost. Cleaning fee of $125 is additional. Max 6 adults. Must climb stairs. This condominium is on the 3rd floor, just one building away from the beach on 126th St. The condo offers one king bed, one queen bed and one bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds (2 single tops/2 double bottoms). Perfect for two families! COVID-19 For more than 19 years, 1st Rate Ocean City Properties has taken care of our guests by putting our best foot forward, continually upgrading items in our condos, making sure our condos are impeccably cleaned and providing top linens and towels. These practices guide us as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19.) Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event and we appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain this coronavirus. Please know that we are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the clock and have precautions in place to ensure a healthy stay at any of our three condos in Ocean City, MD. In this climate, we know travel may not be your first thought, but I want you to know the safety of our guests is our top priority. I want to thank you in advance for putting your trust in 1st Rate OC as you plan for future travels. Below is an update on what we are doing, keeping your safety top of mind. WHEN YOU BOOK Please know that when you book, you will have the reassurance that your deposit will be fully refundable up to 45 days in advance of your check-in date. If you cancel between 45 and 7 days before and your check-in date, you may reschedule your dates to another time, within a year from your original check-in date. We are closely monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health agencies for the latest developments related to COVID-19 and following the guidance of government and public health officials. We are reinforcing these agencies’ recommendations on the appropriate health and safety measures with our cleaning team and they have taken the required courses to make sure they are up to date with the required EPA and OSHA regulations to sanitize all units. BEFORE YOUR STAY Given the impact of COVID-19 on how we work, socialize and travel, we have been adapting our cleaning procedures to make sure our condos are ready for your stay. Please be assured that all surfaces, handles, light switches, furniture and remotes will be thoroughly disinfected. All linens, including comforters, quilts and shams, will be switched out for each guest. All throw pillows and throw rugs have been removed to keep things simple and clean. We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities and we assure you we are going the extra mile for our guests. THE CURRENT SITUATION IN OCEAN CITY The Beach and boardwalk are open both for relaxation and lounging or exercising. Restaurants are permitted to serve carryout or delivery and are beginning to offer outside seating. Retail stores will be open with limited capacity. We remind everyone to practice social distancing out of or groups of more than 10 people. Masks are recommended to wear in public.

We rented all 3 of the owners units - they were great all of them. The units were well stocked, the beds were very comfortable as was the living space. We loved the decks - hanging out with the family and the views were spectacular. Our families have shore home in Cape May & Sea Isle but we've al decided to come back again where we can get eveyone in one place.

The accommodations & amenities were perfect for our week get away. The unit was clean & well kept. The short walk to the beach was a plus for carrying beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. Other tenants in the building were friendly & cordial. We had three cars and parking in & around the unit was never an issue. We would definitely look to rent again in the future.

The apartment was very clean when we arrived and is nice and updated, it didn’t feel dingy like some of the cheaper beach houses we’ve stayed in. The host is thorough with her check in/out instructions and available at anytime for concerns. It was extremely nice having the linens, kitchen products, starters on paper towels/TP etc. Very nice having laundry right in the place. The location was perfect for our family, directly across from Northside park. We loved that we could bring our two dogs to stay with us and the size of the place was perfect for us. Only issue we had was our pick-up truck was too large for the assigned parking so we had to park in the street, but there were usually always spots available.

Great stay for kids and pup. Property is just as advertised, but is surprisingly bigger than the pictures online. Bedrooms are perfect size and have their own TVs. Location is a few steps from the beach and was easy to go back and forth when needed. Balcony is large and gives a great view of the ocean, as well as, an amazing breeze in the evening. Jeanne is amazing to deal with and responds quickly. We will definitely be back!

Great Getaway for Family with Dog!
Great location near the beach and really clean for a pet friendly rental. All the amenities were available so we could jump right into our vacation. There was a brief snafu when our door code email got lost in the ether, but Jeanne the Property Manager quickly resent it. She also made us aware that the rental was available for an extra night At a reduced cost if we wanted it - which we gladly took even though we didn’t spend the night. Best decision ever as we had another full day and time to take a shower before getting on the road.

The condo was a few steps from the beach. It was spotlessly clean. The owner provided some of the essential household items such as linens, soap, toilet paper which was nice not having to bring all those items.

The villa that we stayed in was pretty clean. It was easy to find. Checking in was simple. The best parts were it being pet-friendly, the short walk to the beach, and, for the most part, the quietness of the neighborhood. This is definitely a place that I would book again.

Condo was very close to beach so the location was great. Pretty seamless checking in and out. Condo was clean and had everything needed plus extras. There was even a few beach chairs and a boogie board. Some appliances were dated, especially the oven but everything functioned as it should. Overall, this was a good rental experience.

Perfect for our family
This property was just perfect for our family of seven. With Nana, Grandpa, Dad and 4 kids, the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and proximity to the beach were great! It was immaculate and there were various supplies, etc. available that made things easier. In addition, there are grocery stores close by, so it was simple to pick up things we needed. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a few days away!

Great OC Location
I loved this condo! The location was perfect, just off the beach and close enough to walk to restaurants in the evening. We had cocktails on the sand at dusk and a fabulous view of the ocean from our balcony.
The description of this property is accurate and the unit owner is extremely accommodating and easy to work with. This was our first time renting, rather than staying in a hotel, and we will definitely be back!

The condo was clean and comfortable for our entire group. Tons of seating, comfortable and spacious sleeping accommodations and room to hang out. The kitchen was well appointed, making cooking or eating-in a breeze. Very short walk to the beach with an outdoor space to rinse off. The sheets service was such a bonus! Will definitely rent here again!

Great Condo Near the Beach
The condo was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Very clean and close to the beach. One small issue, the washer's spin function was not working so we had to transfer sopping wet clothes to the dryer and run it multiple times to dry the clothes. I'm sure this will take only a service call to fix.
I'd recommend others wanting a long weekend in OC.
