Each pet (even visitors) requires a $100 fee, must be on flea and tick prevention treatment, and must be pre-approved by the host with a signed pet agreement. There is a max of two (2) pets allowed on the property. Young children must be supervised by the original renters. There is also someone close by who will make sure that the house is ready, etc., and will be on call if you need anything during your stay.
