We (family, 2 adults, one 11yr-old) spent one week in this beautiful vacation home in Naples Park during Christmas time. It is just as described on VRBO/EVOLVE and had everything we needed. It is clean, spacious, very well-maintained and -equipped, nicely located in Naples Park in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the beach as well as local restaurants and shopping. The pool heating worked well and although temperatures dropped on a couple of days we were able to enjoy the pool in the afternoon. Communication with the property manager/owner was perfect. We would certainly come back and book it again. :-)

This is the 3rd time my sister and I have brought our father (92 years old) back to Naples. This home was by far his/our favorite. Nicely decorated, great outdoor space at the pool, and close to 41. Highly recommend.

Spacious rancher that was super clean & accomidating. Baby friendly! The house had baby items like a pack & play, high chair & pool float.
Located about 2 miles from a beach , and plenty of stores/restaurants right there. Neighborhood felt safe, but seems to be recovering from the storm still.

So beautiful and so comfortable house!
We came to this house 3 families with a child and everyone felt comfortable in this enjoyable place. Every family occupied a separate bedroom with its own bathroom and we spent a very good time together in the huge kitchen and a large nice patio with pool and grill. We are all very happy with our stay and would come here again. I have a couple of notes for the owner though. You have so many needed things, dishes, appliances and a lot more in this house, but it would be nice also to put a very simple electric tea kettle, since some people prefers tea to a coffee. Also the drain in the bathroom closest to the front door should be fixed. It doesn’t work properly and half bathtub is filled with water while you take a shower. Otherwise, everything is just perfect! Thank you so much for sharing this place with us.

Heaven in Naples
Fantastic stay in Naples. Home was even better than advertised. Nice welcoming bottle of wine. Very clean. Almost new. Beach accessories were plentiful and well laid out in the immaculate garage. Pool was nice and warm and just right. Cleaned. Safe. 5 minute drive to Vanderbilt Beach. 35 minute jog/walk. 15 minutes walk to the stunning Mercato and Whole Foods. 5 minute walk to Trader Joe's. Very convenient location.
Property manager Cleve answered by text in minutes and corrected any minor deficiency immediately and at our convenience. Top notch.
3 nice bedrooms and bathrooms and a study we used as the baby room with the pack & play on site. As well as highchair and booster.
Would highly recommend. 10 out of 10. Look forward to returning again :)

Quiet little getaway
We have only positive things to say about our 5 day stay. The house was beautiful, very clean and we all loved having the pool! The owner was accommodating and responsive when we had a question or request. The beach was beautiful and only a quick drive from the home. Our kids didn’t want to leave! We would love to come back!

No Better Naples Spot!
We already can't wait to come back to stay at this home! Everything about it was just perfect! First, the pictures and presentation on this website are completely accurate. The home was sparkling clean (and we have high standards for cleanliness)! The pool makes it feel as if you are in paradise and its trickling fountains are incredibly relaxing. The entire wall between the pool and the living room opens up so it feels as if you are outside the entire time--an amazing feature! The high ceilings further add to this great ambiance. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, etc.) were a huge added bonus. Cleve was the perfect host - he left fresh flowers and wine, and responded to any questions we had in an above and beyond fashion within minutes. Also, the location can't be beat; the home is in a quiet neighborhood just 2ish miles from Delanor Wiggens Beach, which is the best beach in Naples as it is a state park with trees rather than being lined by high rises like many Naples Beaches. Trader Joe's and Publix are less than a mile away. Anyways, we only have positive things to stay about this home and we'll only stay here when we travel to Naples in the future!

Fabulous house / pool makeover in North Naples
What a fabulous rebuild of an older home! We had everything we needed from a fully stocked and beautifully appointed kitchen to great new bathrooms and bedrooms. The pool area was great as well - completely private, well landscaped area and, best of all, heated to the very nice 88 degrees we requested. Service by Clive for the odd small things that weren't quite right was quick and reliable. definitely would return.

Loved, loved, loved...this house!
We have rented many homes in this area but this house was the best! Spacious and gracious living for sure. From the expansive kitchen, with everything we needed for meal prep and many options for dining seating! Each bedroom offered privacy for each couple and was comfortable (beds were wonderful) and plenty of storage. Each attached bathroom was good size and the rain shower was spectacular! The living room was very comfy and cozy. More than enough seating for the six of us. And then there is the glass door which can be folded completely open to allow for fresh air and an unobstructed view and entrance to the lanai! The lanai was so enjoyable for morning coffee, lunch, and for early evening cocktails. The beautiful pool area, with its gentle flow of water, gave a feel of an extravagant spa yet was perfect for an afternoon swim. Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers were at our disposable which allowed for hours spent on the beach...such a nice aspect of this rental to have all these items provided!
The owner was wonderful throughout the rental process and during our stay. Very generous in consideration of our check-in needs.
The location is fabulous in regards to the beaches , restaurants, and shopping. Downtown Naples is also an easy drive. The neighborhood is quiet and well cared for by the residence.
We all agreed that we should return to this house again on our next visit and highly recommend this home to all. Just please don't rent the same dates we plan on visiting!

Nice and New house . Top notch building materials used. Great sliding wall to pool. Clean and well stocked except for toilet paper, kleenex and paper towels lacking....three of the most important stuff in a house. Also a dark interior requiring lights on during the day due to high vegetation in the back. Definitely needs some artwork, seemed sterile. But, all in all, the building, furniture, management and location still make it a winner.
