I like room cleaning and comfortable and staff is very nice and friendly.

Great value overall. The room was exactly look like in the picture very comfortable bed. The owner was very very kind. i highly recommend this place and i would love to comeback and stay here again.

very good location, firm comfortable mattress, nice receptionist

the walls are very thin, so every step and talk can be heard from reception. the bed is very squeeky, I woke up myself up with my own movement, the room was too dark, the design was too rigid for my taste, our room was nothing like on the pictures.

The strongest sides of this hotel are location, staff and cleanliness.

I would prefer to stay at the same hotel next time but I will make sure, prior to my trip and regardless of reservation, what room is available for me. It might sounds weird but I got another room instead of originally booked one. Besides, internet connection was too slow, but it might depend on a room location.

Spare trash bin in the room would have been useful

Lia the landlord was great and helpful 😋. We enjoyed our staying at her place. She was kind and elegant in every way. I'll stay at her place in my next visit to tiblisi for sure. Recommend it for couples only.
