“Five-star quality at a very affordable price!”
The hotel offers true five-star quality at a surprisingly affordable price. Every detail in the room has been carefully thought out and designed with guests’ comfort and needs in mind. The furniture and beds are new, and the bed linen is exceptionally clean. The room was fresh and there were absolutely no unpleasant odors.
They have really thought of everything, including clothes hangers, an iron and ironing board, and even small personal-care items such as cotton swabs for after your shower. It’s these little details that make the stay especially comfortable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The property was very clean and Levan was a wonderful host. He was always asking if there was anything that we required and spoke very good English.

A spacious and perfectly equipped hotel in a perfect location to explore Tbilissi. But, most of all, an incredible host that will do anything in his power for you to have a flawless stay.

Very enjoyable stay at Griboedov hotel . A great part of Tbilisi with old town a short walk away. Great restaurants handy & the hotel is in a lovely quiet street . The owner here is very good & knowledgeable with good English also . The room was spacious & clean .
