Nestled in Oak Island, this attractive house for $243 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The Blue Cottage is located in the beautiful coastal community of Oak Island, North Carolina. The home sits back on a residential street that is a short 10-minute walk to multiple public beach accesses. The home can easily accommodate 6 adults and we also welcome up to two of your four-legged family members with an additional $100 pet fee. The cottage is a two-story home with two bedrooms and two baths. The first-floor master bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized zero gravity, Tempur-Pedic mattress, dresser, large closet, and smart tv. The first-floor 4-piece bathroom is supplied with additional towels and linens. The second bedroom is located upstairs and contains two double mattresses, dresser, and smart tv. The 3-piece bathroom is located adjacent to the second bedroom and is equipped with additional towels and linens. An additional sleeping area is created by converting the living room sofa to a queen size mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked with the necessary kitchen utensils to make your dinner prep a breeze. The kitchen contains new appliances, a diverse selection of cookware, and a collection of tasteful beach-themed dinnerware. Guests also have the convenience of a Keurig coffee machine. The backyard is a large double lot surrounded by a privacy fence. The patio is equipped with a table and chairs to accommodate four adults. Guests are also welcome to use the gas grill and fire pit. We also have a pet sanitation station for your convenience. Guests can enjoy a nice wash station to help rid themselves of leftover sand residue. The home is owned and managed by a beach-loving family. A welcome packet is supplied after booking and includes a wide selection of amenities that are offered on the island and in the surrounding areas. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, we take pride in our quick response and ability to address any issues. Our cleaning service and yard management company are local, family-owned companies, and they work hard to keep the home beautiful for all of our guests.

This is an amazing cottage to stay at. It has everything you will need. The privacy fence for my dog was a huge plus. He had plenty of room to run. The cottage is located in a great location. Close to the beach and shops. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was great! This house has everything you need & a really nice backyard for the furry family members! If we could add one thing, it would be a dish washer! Other than that this house is perfect!

Loved out stay, the cottage was adorable and had everything almost everything that you need. Just be aware that there is no dishwasher. Totally could have been in the listing, I didn't see it. Otherwise, everything was good. Decor was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at the blue cottage! So much so that we extended our stay a day. This house was cozy and comfortable. The yard was super pet friendly for our 2 labs. It was shaded enough even in the hottest part of the day for our dogs to get out and stretch their legs. We were convenient to everything. The beds were comfortable, the couch was soft and the kitchen had everything needed for the nights we prepared food. We absolutely would stay here again!!

We (partner and I and 2 small dogs) enjoyed our stay. The house is cozy and clean and very dog friendly with a great strong fence for the backyard -- which isn't always the case in other dog-friendly rentals where I've stayed. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc. The host was incredibly responsive to a few very minor issues -- too minor to mention here. I'd certainly consider staying there again.

The Blue Cottage is a beautiful home with everything you need for an amazing beach weekend! We (and the dog with us) had so much fun in the fenced backyard with a grill and fire pit, cooked in the well-appointed kitchen, and all of the beds were very comfortable at the end of the day. The walk to the beach is very scenic too! Would recommend staying here to anyone.

What a beautiful l'il gem you have!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend!!! Great accommodations and clean!! Decor was adorable, and furniture was so comfy - biggest plus is everything was nice an open - not crowded with too much stuff! Loved our time on back porch with the grill and fire pit. Return guests and it was just as excellent the second time. Love the addition of the giant sectional in the living room. House is absolutely perfect for us and our dogs. Stocked with everything we need, dogs love the huge yard and it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach. We’ll be back again for sure!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at Tranquil Harbour. It’s the nicest VRBO we have stayed at yet. Very clean, great communication from host and little touches like local menus and cute decor made for a great getaway for our family of four. The yard is very dog friendly, they even had doggy bags to make cleaning up extra easy. Highly recommend staying at this VRBO.
