Located in North Eleuthera, this lovely house for $395 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. SeeSea Villa is a Property Located in beautiful Spanish Wells. The house boast four Bedrooms and two Bathrooms. With a king size bed in the master en suite, and a queen size bed in the other 3 bedrooms, makes this house perfect for a large family who each want their own space. A Cathedral Ceiling in the Living, Dining and Kitchen, makes the entertaining area feel light and airy. The house has ocean views, and is about 350 feet from the beach. There is a cleared path which makes for an easy 2 minute walk to the beach, and crystal clear water. With a patio on the North side of the house facing the ocean, and a covered patio on the South side of the house facing the garden, makes entertaining, reading, grilling on the bbq, or just doing nothing, possible in any type of weather conditions. The house is located on a quiet street, and is only two blocks from the local supermarket, bank, 24 hour ATM, bakery, and restaurant. The House also comes with a kayak, three outdoor tables, chaise lounge with cushions, dining chairs, and beach chairs for your enjoyment. Spanish Wells is a small community in the Bahamas that was settled between the mid 1600's and early 1700's by American Colonists. Just two miles long and a half mile wide, and a white sandy beach that stretches the whole two mile length, which is most of the time empty, makes this Island a truly unique place to visit. There is golf carts available to rent, deep sea fishing, reef fishing, snorkeling, and boat rentals.

This house was perfect! Sherwin was the best host we have ever had. We were just a few steps from crystal clear water and soft cool sand. The 4 bedroom home was large and and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Will definitely be coming back to Spanish Wells and staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was in the perfect location from the beach. We rented a golf cart for the week and a boat for a few days which I highly recommend! Sherwin was the best host. Very attentive and arranged all of our transportation for us. The house was very clean and comfortably accommodated all 8 of us. If you are looking for a laid back, relaxing getaway, this is the place!

We were four adults in Spanish Wells to bone fish. Sherwin was a good host and attentive. The house is a short walk to beach and easy to get to supermarket. Sherwin arranged for us our rental of golf cart and taxi from the airport. The house is as shown in the photos and would recommend staying there. Thanks Sherwin!

Our family (2 adults and 3 kids ages 13,11,& 10) plus a family friend stayed at Sherwin’s hidden slice of heaven over Easter vacation. We had the best stay and I cannot say enough about the perfect location. The water is the prettiest I have ever seen. The house is clean and comfortable. Large enough for kids to be playing a game while I read undisturbed on the front patio. Plenty of beach toys and towels. We can’t wait to go back!

Our family of 4 stayed had the most amazing time at this home with the most glorious beach practically right in the backyard. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable and Sherwin made the check in and out processes a breeze, with wonderful suggestions for dinner and excursions. Da Salty Pig island tour was our favorite and dinner at the Shipyard with the live music was always a good time. Plenty of beach toys available and we especially enjoyed the kayaks on the calm clear ocean just steps from the back porch. The one suggestion I would make is more comfortable living room furniture for when we’re home relaxing as a group, but we still loved this rental and would return in a heartbeat for the location, alone. Be advised that 7/10 is their Independence Day and it seemed the whole island was closed to celebrate so just stock up on food and drinks in advance. We loved this vacation!

Perfect location with a short walk to best part of Northside Beach. Extremely clean and well laid out floor plan. Plenty of outdoor space to spread out with a large group as well. The garage was a bonus especially if it rained… easily parked the 6-seater golf cart we rented inside and kept our backsides dry when riding around the next day. Sherwin was great and arranged the golf cart rental as well as Pinders Taxi service for our group of 6 that arrived on different flights and at different times.

We had an amazing vacation in Spanish Wells. Sherwin was a great host and his place was perfect! He answered all our questions both before and during our stay. His place was as advertised. Clean, kitchen had all the essentials, and plenty of beach toys. A short walk down a sandy path to the most beautiful beach we have ever seen. Two miles of powdery white sand with only a few people on it at anytime of the day. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Sherwin!

Couldn't be happier with our choice! The garage was full of all the beach toys, and the washer and dryer was a huge plus. The house had everything we needed, the A/C worked great, and Sherwin even had the 5-gallon jugs of water waiting for us. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is located within a short stroll to the beach and in a great neighborhood with the grocery, also within walking distance. Sherwin was a pleasure to work with from reservation to check out. He met us at the water taxi and arranged a golf cart rental in.advance for us. The only problem we had was we wish we could have stayed longer.

And the house was so impeccably clean that the boys didn't flinch when I had them sweep up a couple of times. Perfect amount of beach toys for them and really convenient that they could take them out of the garage and not have to jaunt through the house. So convenient to have such a well stocked kitchen for the nights you don't feel like seeing anyone and yet central enough to pass by Papa Scoops after eating out! If you're sitting at the table for breakfast or dinner keep your eyes on the beautiful pink flowers just outside the door you will see more than one hummingbird come for breakfast and dinner. We also got to enjoy the church fair next door, and they were kind enough to let our boys play basketball on days the fair wasn't up. Such a wonderful close nit neighborhood feel. Truly relaxing as a parent knowing your kids are safe to roam. We will be seeing Sherwin many more times I'm sure <3

Sherwin is an excellent host and you can tell takes great pride in his property. The house is very spacious, has a great deck with view of the ocean and is a short walk over the dunes to SW’s beautiful beach. There were only 3 of us, but this house with it’s 4 bedrooms and large common areas can definitely accommodate a much larger group.

All the great reviews were accurate. Great location and enjoyable, relaxing home. Sherwin was very responsive and helpful with coordinating getting there and back to the airport. The beach nearby is gorgeous with some of the softest sand I have ever felt.

This house is great! Although it is not on the beach, the views from the porch is amazing and it is perfect to lay out on during a windy day. Spacious kitchen and living room, and 4 bedrooms. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and a quick buggy ride to anywhere on the island!

We had a family of 6, 3 teens and one 10 year old. Plenty of space through out. The beach is a 2 minute walk, down a gorgeous little path full of flowers and palm trees. There was everything in the garage you could want at the beach. The jewel of this place is the people! Sherwin was amazing and helpful in so many way! Spanish Wells does not disappoint! Excellent food and yummies a couple doors down with the sweetest people. Everything you could want in a vacation rental. 10 Stars!

We spent a fantastic week at SeeSea! House is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need for a great beach holiday. The kayak and bikes were a huge plus! This is a great house for a group or large family. Very near the beach. Good spaces, comfortable beds. Kitchen has all the necessary. Lots of extras in the garage (beach chairs, kids toys, kayak etc). Walk to the big supermarket, which is well stocked.

See Sea is a beautiful property and very clean. The house is just as it is advertised. The kitchen is large and has everything needed for preparing a meal, whether it is a small or large family. The dining and living rooms are spacious. Bedrooms are very comfortable.
It is just a short 2 min.walk from the most beautiful beach.
Sherwin is a wonderful host and an awesome person and very welcoming. Our family enjoyed staying at See Sea again. He will go out of his way to make sure that everyone staying at See Sea is comfortable and has everything they need.

Great House in a Perfect Location with Great Host
From the early communications with the owner, to helping with local needs and transportation setup Sherwin is a great host. The house is very nice, clean, comfortable and well maintained and outfitted. It sits close to the shops and docks, but more importantly almost right on the beach. We had a great stay and hope to return soon.

Wonderful home, steps from the beach!!
We had a wonderful stay at Sherwin's property in Spanish Wells. Sherwin was extremely helpful with the booking process! He helped us to arrange transportation to/from the airport, to coordinate with our flights. He met us at the dock to help us with all of our luggage, and helped to arrange our golf cart rental. We had a group of 4 couples, and found the house to be very accommodating. There are plenty of towels (beach and bathroom) and linens, and more then enough chairs to take down to enjoy the beach. The bikes were wonderful to use when we wanted to travel around without a big group! The location is steps from a beautiful beach. It was a wonderfully, relaxing vacation, and we hope to return!!
