About this house rental
SeeSea Villa is a Property Located in beautiful Spanish Wells. The house boast four Bedrooms and two Bathrooms. With a king size bed in the master en suite, and a queen size bed in the other 3 bedrooms, makes this house perfect for a large family who each want their own space. A Cathedral Ceiling in the Living, Dining and Kitchen, makes the entertaining area feel light and airy. The house is about 350 feet from the beach. There is a cleared path which makes for an easy 2 minute walk to the beach, and crystal clear water.
With a patio on the North side of the house facing the ocean, and a covered patio on the South side of the house facing the garden, makes entertaining, reading, grilling on the bbq, or just doing nothing, possible in any type of weather conditions.
The house is located on a quiet street, and is only two blocks from the local supermarket, bank, 24 hour ATM, bakery, and restaurant.
The House also comes with a kayak, three outdoor tables, chaise lounge with cushions, dining chairs, and beach chairs for your enjoyment.
Spanish Wells is a small community in the Bahamas that was settled between the mid 1600's and early 1700's by American Colonists. Just two miles long and a half mile wide, and a white sandy beach that stretches the whole two mile length, which is most of the time empty, makes this Island a truly unique place to visit.
There is golf carts available to rent, deep sea fishing, reef fishing, snorkeling, and boat rentals.

This was our first time in Spanish Wells, and we absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect, at the end of a street with a short path to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We had 7 people and all fit comfortably. We rented two four-seat golf carts to get around which gave us flexibility and was incredibly fun. We used the bikes and the kayak, and the Methodist Church (across the street) let us play basketball in their back parking lot. Sherwin was a fantastic host and arranged travel from the airport and helped get our things to and from the dock. This was one of the most relaxing vacations - the joy of Spanish Wells is that you are removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Read a book, take a walk, chill on the beach. We would definitely return.

Great house and great location. Sherwin made everything seamless and answered any and all questions. The beach at the house was stunning. The house had everything for our family of 5. Our host helped make reservations from the airport with taxi’s and ferry as well had a golf cart at the dock for us. Great grocery store very close by and a few restaurants worth eating at. Very laid back island.

SeeSea Villa was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out with our adult kids. Huge kitchen was well equipped. The location is the best!You an see and hear the waves from the back deck,And the beach is a short walk away. And it’s the best beach ever!The best part was our host Sherwin! He answered all ourQuestions and helped us with so many arrangements while we were there. So fun getting to know him!We will be back for sure!
