We loved the location- close to everything! The space was shockingly tiny. My RV bathroom is twice as big as the bathroom in this rental. Showers were challenging for my tall husband. But- hey it is Key West so we were not in room too much to care. Tonya was very responsive the few times I reached out to her.

I feel like the price was a little steep. I was not happy with the pool being so hot was pretty muxh unusable with the high temp outside.

Our stay was great! Just a few disappointment, was excited to use the bikes but 2 of the 4 had flat tires. Fridge in one room smelled really bad and it stormed and water came in from the door jam . Host was responsive to issues and they didn’t in any way deter us, the area is convenient and we will be back. Laundry on site and pool was a huge bonus.

Positives: adorable little place. Clean, up to date. Good amenities with coffee pot, hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner and even a little snack basket! Ideal with 2 full bathrooms and doors between the 2 rooms. It is walkable to Mallory square and ducal street and close to the southernmost point. Hiccups- Bikes- there were 3 of us and 4 bikes but… 2 of the bikes were in really rough shape. The one seemed new but the handlebars weren’t tight. I wrecked as we started off due to those and am quite bruised. So we decided to swap out the 4th one but the seat was like sitting on sandpaper and bouncy. We just didn’t feel sturdy. I understand bikes are hard to maintain but we were really bummed as we were counting on using those 2nd hiccup - door locks are sensitive. Don’t touch them. Because if u turn it, it spins all the way around and won’t auto lock when you close the door. We ended up having to rush to get to our tour because we were messing around trying to get doors locked and ended up leaving the place unlocked. The good? Host was super responsive and they addressed it while we were out but it was a stressful start to our day Finally- parking is limited. this is just fyi. look at the map. It is. A couple blocks from duval street but in reality about a mile from most of the hubbub We were a bit nervous as we arrived as it is one block from the housing authority properties but.. the area was well maintained and we felt entirely safe.

The owner was very friendly with clear check in instructions. This property had pros and cons. The pros were that it was walking distance to sites in town and had a pool. The building itself was the nicest on the block. The cons were that it was on a street that was rundown with government housing. One room has no window. I would suggest lamps instead of only fan light, label light switches, and new linens. Overall I would rate it a 3.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay. The owner was very easy to contact and was very helpful in answering our questions. We took the overnight ferry from Ft. Myer to Key West staying overnight to enjoy the day. The pool was refreshing after a long day. The room was as it appears in the pictures and we enjoyed the décor.

Small and cozy but the location is perfect for walking Old Town Key West or riding one of the bikes they provide. Tonya and her crew were so helpful. They went above and beyond helping us get my husbands sunglasses back which he had left after check out.

This rental was perfect for us! The rooms were identical and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean!! The location was great! A few blocks to Duval Street and restaurants were within walking distance. Eventually we did Uber places which was also perfect and inexpensive. We are approaching 70 so riding bikes was okay (we tried it the first night with some success!), but we had no problem getting around. There is a front entrance into one of the rooms, and a back exit from the other. The back exit is right at the pool! Think late night swims!! You will need to use the kitchen sink for brushing teeth as the bathroom sink has a glass shelf over it and you can't fit your head!! (I tried)! And there was no hair dryer which I should have checked on. So we needed a quick trip to CVS for that! Tonya was great at communicating as well as making amazing suggestions for places to eat! Book now...you will not be disappointed.

The 4 of us loved this little gem. The property was just as described. You could tell it had been recently renovated and very clean. It's nicely placed in a quiet neighborhood and the pool is extra inviting. Just what you need in between being out all day and needing to relax before going out for the evening. It was even nice to eat breakfast around the pool in the early morning.
