The lounge, dining, kitchen and family areas are open plan, with great indoor/outdoor flow to the outdoor entertaining area. The BBQ, spa pool and lawn are private and fully fenced. Sit and relax in front of the 55’’ smart T.v The fully equipped kitchen allows to cater for a romantic dinner or a function for family or corporate guests. FACILITIES 55” smart T.V Heat pump for air-conditioning/ heating Granite bathroom with shower and double spa bath Full laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) Large entertainment deck BBQ and outdoor furniture Fully fenced private yard Rinnai gas continuous hot water Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, water purifier, and microwave Electric blankets Spa pool Continental breakfast provisions are provided (bread, butter, spreads, muesli, weetbix,,milk, tea,coffee, and Sugar) Only a 5 minute walk to the Square, shops and cafes; a slightly longer walk or bike ride to the nearby vineyards on Puruatanga Road. Special conditions: Pricing: Sunday to Thursday nights - $250 per night for up to 2 people + $50 per night each extra person. Friday andamp; Saturday nights - $300 per night for up to 2 people + $50 per night each extra person. $60.00 cleaning fee Two night minimum over weekends Special conditions may apply for weekend bookings, public holidays and local event dates. The property and location well suited our needs and our stay very comfortable, thank you. A bit of turn about with one bathroom.😊 It would have been nice to have had the time to enjoy the outside features.

We needed a place to rest before a guided hunting trip out at Te Awaiti Station. Great location, the milk, bread, coffee and tea provided made sure we were all fed before heading to the coast. Very handy to the vineyards and center of town.

As a group we came to bike ride, walk and wine. We did it all. The accommodation was central to township with beautiful eateries and bars. A walk to bike hire and easy biking to a few of the best wineries in the Waiarapa. Accommodation was clean,well laid out and the extra of a spa, kitchen with great oven and the special touch of a continental breakfast. Will definitely book again

This stunning house looks even better in real life. We booked it over Easter which also happened to be my birthday. The amenities were absolutely spotless and immaculate and just whatever your heart might desire while staying. The yard is beautiful and the spa was lovely and big enough to fit our group of 8. Everyone loved the house and we had a great time strolling down to the square and biking around the wineries. Brilliant location. Diane as a host was proactive and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

My friends and I had a fun weekend. Staying somewhere with a spa was a real treat. Providing breakfast bits was a nice addition. It was warm, had everything we needed and is in a central location. Comfortable beds. Starting to get a little run down and could do with a little bit of an upgrade soon.

Modern, spacious, immaculately neat and well provisioned. Enjoyed the private setting and excellent facilities. Town and good dining only a short walk away. An ideal hub location for seeing the southern Wairarapa, and of course wine tasting. Owner was a delight to work with.

This was an awesome place to stay for a group of 8-10, we had lots of space. The BBQ and outdoor table were great for enjoying the summer evenings. Only negative was that we found the WiFi quite unreliable. Overall a great stay and we would definitely choose De Vine Martinborough again!
