Supermarket and nice local restaurants just a few steps away. Has been awarded as Superhost in other renting website continuously for 10 quarters and earn more than 260 five star reviews. Our duplex apartment can comfortably sleep 7 adults and the 8th guest onward will be charge at RM50 only, a set of mattress, comforter and pillow will be provided (max 3 extra head count). - Total size of the apartment is 1500 sq ft or 140 Sq meter. - 1 master bed room (1 x double bed and attached bath room) - 2 double bed room - 1 single bed room - 3 bathrooms - 1 Living room - 1 full size kitchen Our apartment is equipped with: - Satellite TV (news channel, movie channel and variety channel...more than 100 channels). - 40" Toshiba HD LED flat TV - Full air conditioning - Power shower with water heater - Full size refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven and complete cooking utensils - iron, ironing board and hair dryer - 7/24 FREE wifi (high speed internet) - The main door is secure with password lock and key lock. Upon guest arrival, a new password will be assigned by the landlord. This duplex 3-room apartment is located at a strategic location, below is the estimated driving time: - 3 minutes to Supermarket (or 10 minutes by walking) - 5 minutes to Sutera Harbor Golf Resort (or 15 minutes by walking) - 7 minutes to Imago Shopping Mall - 8 minutes to airport - 10 minutes to Tanjung Aru beach - 10 minutes to Gaya Street Sunday market - 10 minutes to city center - 12 minutes to Suria Sabah Shopping Mall - 13 minutes to Jesselton Point (jetty to island) Must see and must do while you are in Kota Kinabalu: - enjoy the most beautiful sunset in South East Asia - enjoy beautiful sea and island - enjoy the fresh air at Mt Kinabalu National Park - enjoy cheap and fresh seafood meals - enjoy new shopping experiences at Gaya Street Sunday Market PLEASE READ OUR HOUSE RULE BEFORE YOU MAKE THE RESERVATION Grace Ville security is very strict. 我們是6大人2個小小孩入住，房子乾淨、性能好，廚房的基本廚具的有，我們還買了海鮮下廚，超讚的。附洗衣機讓我們感到非常高興，因為回國後不用再洗一大堆髒衣服了。Gary介紹的導遊Patrick也非常好，帶我們去買一些當地有名好吃的店家，在我們吃飯時還是臨時充當保母幫我們照顧1歲的baby，感謝他！

Firstly, it was a great experience to stay at Gary's home. I have booked this home for my family to stay for two night so that they can attend my wedding. According to Gary, this was the first time that this home is chosen as bride's home. So, the groom and friends will need to pick up the bride from her home. The groom and friends will need to go through some trials, which is games before he can see the bride, thus there was quite some noises. Thankfully, the neighbors are very considerate. Gary is very considerate and thoughtful too, he was afraid i didn't have time to decorate, so he allowed us to visit his home before the day we check in. I didn't thought of do much decoration to Gary's home, as I was worried the decorations would ruin his paintings and interior design. However Gary was eager to see his home being decorated, so i didnt want to disappoint him and I did a last minute shopping. With very limited materials on hand, we did a simple decoration, I hope Gary likes the decoration. My friends and I like Gary's home, it was simple and any decoration on it would look great. Gary's home is cozy, the kitchen is well-equipped, the environment is peaceful. Most importantly, Gary is helpful and very considerate. It was nice to meet him.

曾经在不同的地方住过不同的民宿. 但这次的经验是很好最棒的房东GARY是个非常热心的人, 从订房至到离开, GARY都随时随地回答你的任何疑问. 公寓是新裝修, 而且是以白色为主.，房间很大很干净，插座也很贴心的换成了适用中国制式的. 公寓收拾得很干净，厨房有厨具餐具配套，喜欢烹饪的可以一展身手. 公寓有3大房及1小房, 可住7人 (如有必要可以通知Gary加床垫至10人, 有另加床垫费用)) 小区环境不错，有游泳池，旁边就有美食广场和一个超市. 离开不远有一个沙巴州清真寺和一个Sutera Habor游艇俱乐部，走过去大约15分钟可以去看日落. 如有机会回来KK, 肯定会再次选择Gary的公寓

Gary is a fantastic host. His response incredibly prompt and informative. The apartment is big with 4 bed rooms, 3 wash rooms and a complete kitchen. Most importantly the unit is very clean, cozy and comfortable. Mineral water, bath towel and slipper are available for guest to use. The kitchen have a Full size refrigerator (wow!!), washing machine, microwave oven, toaster oven and complete cooking utensils. Gary also provide iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Staying at Gary’s apartment is too comfortable and just feel like I never leave home before.
