Accessibille and convenient

Convenient

The view is not as pleasant. City view is to face an open air car park. This room is slightly different and the luggage area is much smaller.

WHILE SHORT ENJOYED THE STAY. STAFF ALL VERY WELCOMING

Given a haunted room.

I got a haunted room. I was reading from my smart phone on the bed when milk sachets flew out from the table and fell 10 ft away on the floor. This was a scary experience. I was given another room after I complained. Mind you I paid for a Club Room too. I asked the floor manager not to rent out this room for goodness sake. The room was a corner room. Room no 1301. The errie part is that some years ago. A friend who stayed in the same hotel had a bad experience. A young girl fell from the 13th floor. A tragic suicide. I am wondering if that was the room they gave me.

Bad experience. Not recommending this hotel after the haunting experience.

Hotel felt run down and old. Room also felt run down, missing and broken panels Room was too hot, the aircon is set to 23c. We were given a smooking room which was smelly, however they did change our room the next day.

Old run down house in the city. Don’t feel like 5 star hotel. The lobby is so dim and pale.

It’s old and run down. The room looks like in the 80s & smell bad. The furniture & design of the hotel is out of date and pitiful.

The staff at the Hyatt were lovely and helped us book a trip to Kinabalu Park. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Would highly recommend staying here

Service was exceptional, the staff were amazing. The location of the hotel was very easy to get too, and our seaview room had lovely views of the ocean. We were welcomed with a honeymoon decoration gift in our room which was a lovely surprise for my wife. The room was nice with lovely amenities, and the hotel was a short walk to the markets, and jetty to go island hopping. Lots of food options and shopping malls within walking distance. I would recommend staying at this hotel! We had a lovely stay.

We ordered room service in the evening as we had come back from our kinabalu hike and were too tired to go out - the malaysian choices of food were very a bit pricey for the quality. The western food options were nice.

Great!

The breakfast is worth every penny. All the food is good. The location is great just beside the todak waterfront.

Paid parking. Need to pay RM10 for parking all rounder.
