Exceptionally wonderful stay!

Enjoyed the pool a lot. It is clean and I can see the staff took care to maintain the pool cleanliness everyday. At certain hours there are pool exercises conducted by the staff with music. So relaxing by poolside. Evening swim during sunset is lovely.

There is no shuttle bus service to town. The town is only 10 to 15 minutes away. However, calling Grab ride is cheap and no hassle at all.

Wonderful experience and would certainly stay here again on our next trip.

Excellent spread for breakfast! Pool is huge and life guards were always present. The island counter in the pool serves good food and drinks. There's another food cafe a short distance away, overseeing the sea. Scenery is just beautiful!

Overall quite enjoyable stay so far

The facilities are good and they have a jetty service to the islands

The sound-proofing wasn't that good, I was able to hear the music from the top floor of the bar lounge sometimes.

It’s one of good choice, but not a best choice.

Good view for sunset.

Not allowed outside food. If you book grab food, you need to walk about 800m to take the food from guard room. It’s very inconvenient .

Great pool with awesome sea view. Very good price for this resort. I enjoyed and relaxed well.

Good for a short stay

We chose a hotel that has access to the beach and the sea (it's unusual that you are on an island, and there is almost nowhere to swim in the city). But on the very first day, as we arrived, they said that you can’t swim - jellyfish (in mid-February). Keep this in mind) The hotel is big but not new. The room was clean, the bed linen was fresh, but the furniture was a little "tired", as was the overall design of the hotel. The hotel itself is located away from the city center, surrounded by a golf park, next to the marina, from where it is very convenient to get to the islands. This is a great option for 3-4 days, but maybe not longer.

Room, location and pool area in front of beach

Beach was dirty (full of plastics)… and staff was not that active. We could see 5 or 6 staff members together just talking while they could be doing useful things.

Enjoyed my stay here, love it.

Lots of activities, 3 resorts in one place, great breakfast buffet, helpful and friendly staffs, private beach, great location and ocean view.

No free bus shuttle to all the hot spots in town, rooms could do with a bit of update and lobby air conditioner is not cool enough.
