Very welcoming staff and beautifully designed rooms, with lots of space and great ammenities. LumaJOJO restaurant was amazing, with the highlights being the mushroom truffle pizza, Australian wagyu ribeye and if you have a sweet tooth, the burnt basque cheesecake!

The staff.
The marketing and promotional materials are misleading and the property isn’t anything as advertised.
We believed we were booking a tasteful, cozy hotel but, in reality, the place is weird, It is located in a commercial building, never meant to be a hotel. It looks strange, not appealing at all, the location is not good (in front of a very busy street), our room had no windows, and there was a constant glow coming from the outside. The breakfast was dismal, borderline unacceptable.
