A memorable Hari Raya at Hilton KK :)

Hari Raya is a time where we seek some quality time with the family. Being in the hospitality industry the last thing we personally don't feel like doing is yet another hosting session. Hilton Kota Kinabalu provided a wonderful avenue for us to spend quality time together and being pampered by the friendliness of their team, the food and the pool ! Love it here. We appreciated the fact the early check in, the delicious food, the many gazebos and lazy chairs at the pool area and the eco friendly toiletries -Crabtree & Evelyn shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc in refillable big bottles rather than small one time use plastic bottles. A memorable, relaxing stay. Left feeling rejuvenated for sure :)

Great location for a quick stop between flights and a little bit of luxury after travelling around Borneo in some more b

The pool and pool area was great. Beautiful setting for sunset The bed was so comfy and the hotel is close to the airport which was perfect as I just needed somewhere to crash for the night

The rooftop bar was a bit overpriced and was empty so little vibe but that can’t be helped

Buen hotel aunque necesita de mantenimiento

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias y la zona de piscina muy agradable. El desayuno es espectacular. Una variedad estupenda.

Es un hotel que en su momento debió ser de lo más moderno pero se nota el paso del tiempo y la falta de mantenimiento. Por ejemplo las puertas de las habitaciones están en muchos casos ralladas lo que da un mal aspecto al hotel. Entras al hotel y huele a humedad. En la descripción dice que está a 350 metros del centro y no es así. Más bien a 1 o 1,5 km lo que no te permite ir andando.

Hilton Kota Kinabalu lived up to our expectations. Recommended.

The hotel and facilities are what I expect from the Hilton. Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was extensive although it is surprising that there was no local in-season fruit offered. The pool on the top floor was great.

The air-conditioning in the lobby was set extremely low, personal opinion. Service in the pool area quite slow.

早餐多樣且豐盛，連續吃了三天也不會覺得膩。飯店地點距離重要景點都很近，即便使用Grab叫車也不貴也方便。

Relaxing stay with the kids

Location was accessible, parking was ample, breakfast spread was good, kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the room was comfortable.

Breakfast was busy because of the number of guests over the long weekend that in the busy-ness, the restaurant staff were more transactional.

Terrible

Nothing it missed the mark and I was totally disappointed

The room was awesome BUT there was no hot water, I had to ring 5 times to the water attended to and wasted 5 hours of my stay and after getting married on that day I was totally annoyed. I booked the Executive suite (the top of the range) and for my wife not to be able to use the bath in the room after paying $1200 ringette was totally unacceptable. I will not be staying there again

Good selection of bread, health drinks, fresh juice and Nasi lemak. Attentive staffs.

Noodles station were not tasty. Soba is dry, should come with its own sauce not miso soup. Fish prepared are not fresh. Add more selection of hot dishes and display it systematically.

Generously proportioned bedroom, central location.

Wi-Fi is only freely accessible in the public area. One needs to be a Hilton Honors member to enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms.

overall all was good.

The hotel was clean. the staff was really very friendly.

I stayed here for 4 nights 5 days. everything was good except the food n the room. the room we stayed 832 was very hot. the aircond was not cooking at all. The nights sure to be so hot that we couldn’t sleep. we did complain to the reception was nothing was done. As for the food. I will say it was ok ok only. nothing to really shout abt. The breakfast was almost the same all 4 days. Seriously it was nothing great. otherwise it was a good hotel.

Good Stay, Late to Check In Guest

The breakfast buffet was so good, good spread of varieties with quality. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable.

when we checked in around 4 pm, the room was not ready. We were so tired with lots of luggage and the check out time stated was around noon, so there should have enough cleaners to clean the rooms and get ready for the new guests to arrive. As this is an international brand hotel, room ready for check in should stick to the given time. So, we were not very happy with the delay for more than an hour and to compromise the room being not cleaned properly?
