Wonderful stay at the Hilton. Exceeded expectations in most aspects - excellent customer service, varied breakfast, nice rooftop pool, the rooms were spacious with a good provision of essentials.
Very well located, within walking distance of malls and eateries - we hired a car for our stay but rarely needed it.
Very nice a gym and sauna, but no spa facilities which I found disappointing. Spa was mentioned at time of booking. Unfortunately, the hotel's recommendation fell extremely short of what I was after. This suggested spa place charges premium prices - you pay at their branch located on the high street - but are then led on a 5 min walk off-site to the top floor of a derelict, cockroach-infested mall for the actual service.

Bathroom was very clean and updated. Ordered food to eat in the room which was great value for money and hot. Staff were very polite and helpful- cleaning staff and reception areas. Room was spacious.
Room but Spoiled by a dirty stained carpet. Tv options very poor!

excellent staff, very friendly. Nice pool area with good colour scheme. Lobby area very nice. Good breakfast.
the lighting in the room was a little too dark, another lamp was needed.

The location
I thought for the price the Hilton name should offer more. There was no element of staff and the hotel going above and beyond for its residence. No element of making the stay more comfortable. When asked if I could check in earlier like other highly competitive hotels I expected them to go out of their way to make me feel comfortable instead I was being charged more than the room itself.
