Nice room and staff were friendly. Great to have a pool
Very minor things (nothing to stop booking) - no hooks anywhere for towels (family of four sharing so lots of wet towels). Some sockets didn't work. Very crowded pool and pool area but likely due to an on-site event so may not be the norm.

Spacious,clean,exclusive feel and well maintained. I even extended my stay via counter staff. They are super helpful. I am so sorry I have forgotten their names but will definitely make The Sigar as my first choice for both business and leisure

Room is spacious and complete with microwave and cutleries. Slightly away from busy areas so traffic is not a problem. Self service laundry and jom jom mart is readily available and convenient.
Some of the staff were not helpful. Our keycard was not working when we wanted to enter the room. When we called reception using hp, they told us to go down and reset it. Room cleaning would only be done after 2pm. So if u plan to stay in after 1pm, be prepared to stay in an unmade room.
