It was clean and cozy. Because we were leaving early for hikes, the nice lady prepared us lunch for the hike.

The owners were wonderful, accommodating, welcoming and really helpful. The location is fantastic close to some nice places to eat and a short walk to the gondola and some other fantastic walks. The views and scenery in Kals are wonderful, we visited during the end of the summer when many of the farmers were preparing for winter. Would visit again.

Great location to base yourself for climbing grossglockner. The host were lovely and super helpful. Traditional buffet style breakfast was nice

Close to the grossglockner
The need to take off the shoes before even entering the building. And wouldn't it be better to fix the toilet instead of sticking permanent notes that the guests need to check if it flushes as it should? I got bitten bad by something during the night, and the windows were closed, still itches 3 days later.
