The right size and comparative price for a short stay to get us from one event to the next. The bathroom is clean, and maintained. The window in back is open-able for a night breeze instead of A/C. Easily found, with a delicious restaurant right next door (plan on waiting to get in, but it's worth it).
The only thing I would suggest, and this isn't the hotel's problem necessarily (because how are they to know your sleeping habits?), is that if you have a child who wakes up and starts jumping around the room at 3 am and you aren't the kind of parent to knock that off... ask for the bottom floor.

Location to Brenton Wood was excellent
The shower head was awful. There were a few long hairs on one of the bed pillows. Only a tiny bit of toilet paper on the roll and no spare roll.

"Friendly check-in and help w getting World Cup on cable. Room was clean and just perfect for a quick overnight. No recent updates but the price is ex Ellen’s so I’m not complaining."
