Pros : The property is beautiful, and the location is a perfect distance from Disney.
Cons : There are an overwhelming amount of small issues that add up to annoying problems:
The hot tub jets only work occasionally, the ice maker doesn’t work at all , the oven doesn’t heat up properly, the movie room projector shuts off after 15 minutes of running, two of the video games in the game room do not work
properly. These are all very easy repairs, and for the prices being charged should be fixed immediately by ownership.
We did enjoy our time here , but details matter !

House was spacious and clean. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Really comfortable setting, the kids loved the playroom and the theater was so nice and comfortable.
Our biggest issue was that it wasn’t well maintained. Shower heads were half clogged, the microwave doesn’t work. The outdoor kitchen didn’t work and it was a fire hazard with the grease not having been cleaned in, God knows how long.
There were not enough glasses and cookware and the ones that were there were so cheap and mismatched.
Also we ran out of detergent and other basic things that should have supplied for being such a large home.
So overall good, but needs some attention!

Vacationed here back in late October 2022. House was fantastic. Clean, great bedrooms, lots of space and the pool was fabulous.
Had a couple small minor issues with the mini fridge by the movie room not working but that’s it.

Could use some updating and more towels, platters and new kitchen appliances. Dishwashers need replacing. Upper oven needs repair. Ice maker doesn’t work. Broken toilet seat in pool bath. Door lock was bent and needed repair.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this home - there were 16 of us ranging from small children to grandparents, and everyone was very pleased with the house. We would definitely recommend this to any large group looking for a relaxing home base while visiting the parks!

Our family of 15 checked out last Thursday and we had plenty of space to relax and all enjoyed the beautiful home. The beds were so comfortable! We had some issues and they quickly addressed it. The pool was warm and comfortable. Glad we requested the pool/spa heat. Will definitely rent again if we go to the area again. One thing that can help is labels for all the various switches I've seen in other rental homes. Neighborhood is huge and gorgeous. There are plenty of construction around but didn't interfere with our stay. Highly recommended!!!

There a few things that were not working properly . I sent email but no one came to fix the problem. We enjoyed our stay but had to make due with the issues. Our priority was spending time with the kids and grandkids. They could do a little better on the up keep for the price.

HORRIBLE experience. Our flight was delayed twice so we were unable to reach the property until 3am. We arrive and the key pad number we were given DOES NOT WORK. ALL 9 of us go back to front gate, they can't offer help because it isn't their property. The hotel onsite can't help because the house we rented wasn't their property. ALL of the calls and text messages to the rental company go unanswered until the following morning which is ABSOLUTELY ZERO HELP AND COMPLETLEY INEXCUSABLE. If you are renting a house thru VRBO, make sure it isn't managed by the company that manages this home. What in God's name are 9 people, two of which were babies, supposed to do when they can't get into the property they rented in the middle of the night, and also paid over $1000/night for. No refund offered, nothing. I would NEVER trust another vacation to this management company. EVER>

This property provided a place for everyone of all ages. . . from the hot tub, movie room, pool table room, arcade, outdoor kitchen and fireplace, hot tub and pool. . . to the Reunion golf course and fabulous water park. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Each bedroom had a well-equipped private bathroom - similar to a 5-Star resort. The pool/spa is amazing. We will definitely stay in this home again. One suggestion - a walkthrough of the property during check-in would be helpful. Particularly how to use the TV’s and appliances. The property manager, David, was very courteous and replied to all our requests. Thank you!

Beautiful house that needs some love
We stayed at this property for the week of spring break. Our entire party consisted of 22 people (including children, teens and adults). First, the house is massive and beautiful. We all had space and the backyard pool is amazing. Upon closer inspection, the house needs some work. The fridge leaked consistently a puddle of water every day. One of the ensuite toilets never flushed properly which was frustrating for the couple in that room since the other toilets were ensuites for the other rooms. The kitchen faucet leaked consistently. Although communication was very good with the property manager, none of those issues were fixed despite someone coming to look at them. The movie room was great in size but the chairs need to be replaced. The leather had been worn off, there were rips in them and the covers on top came off as soon as you moved the seat up or down. The shower handle in my mothers room had been broken off and was difficult to turn on. The screen door had a massive tear in it, so that just sat by the side of the door outside. The microwave was broken and a replacement was delivered. All in all, the house is beautiful. It accommodated a large party and the pool area is fantastic. I think a little refresh on some things could have made it perfect.
