場所や、コストが最高に良かった。

エアコンの位置が高いせいで、部屋が暖まらない。

大人数でも快適に過ごせる宿

部屋やロフトが広くて、キャリーを広げるスペースもあって6人で泊まっても快適に過ごせました！チェックイン時間より早めに着いてしまったんですが、550円払って早めに荷物も置けたので良かった。

食器類をもう少し増やして欲しかった。

基本キレイで快適

浴室乾燥機があったのは、ポイント高い。

換気扇とエアコンのフィルター掃除されてるのかが疑問だった。洗濯洗剤以外は揃っていた。騒音苦情に関する問い合わせだったら、応対しようという気持ちになったが、不在時間帯だったのにも関わらず、若干犯人扱いされたのが、少し不愉快だった。

bien pour atterrir ou repartir à l’aéroport, mais sans plus.

-Check in et check out autonome, facile et rapide. -bien placé à 8 stations de métro de l’aéroport, à 3 stations de métro du centre ville et de ses artères commerçantes. - machine à laver, frigo - petits commerces et restaurants autour - calme

- futons inconfortables car très fins. l’impression de dormir sur une planche en bois. - les lits n’étaient pas faits, vu les tarifs, c’est moyen… - aucune vaisselle, ni couverts, alors qu’il y a une plaque de cuisson et un frigo, impossible de manger à l’appartement - ménage global approximatif : tellement de calcaire sur le miroir de la salle de bain qu’on ne se voit pas dans le miroir, le couvercle des poubelles était sale, etc.

Good

It’s a great service to dry closes in the bathroom.

It was dirty with the traces of shoes in the entrance and it wax a lot of dust on the edge of the room. The futons were not so comfortable.

I enjoyed my time at this apartment and will go back again next year.

yes, overall is good. The room 202 has private entrance, quiet fully equipped, plenty of futons and blankets. Big fridge than normal, price is reasonable. The area is good, near supermarket, small food shops, fruit and flowers. Convenient on 8 stops on subway from Fukuoka airport and 200 meters walk from main street to the property.

1.no utensils at all. they should have at least dish and spoon in the kitchen. 2. I can’t enjoy hot water bathtub as the water stopper is leaking. 3. cannot leave baggage on arrival, have to wait check in time at 4 pm. 4. my room is on 2nd floor so have to walk up and down.

Good apartment

Location is near Tojinmachi subway station which is 5 stations far from Hakata. It is also near Ohori park. We can go jogging every morning. The bathroom is fully equiped with all you need. The shower is good.

The mattresses are too thin and flat. Also the pillows are too thin. The mattress of the sofa bed is collapsed.

Disappointing

The property was great. However we accidentally left behind a pair of expensive earphones. We noticed soon after, and contacted the company the same day, but were told that nothing was reported left behind. We were able to track the earphones to a nearby apartment building, so we presume they were stolen by the apartment cleaner. In more than 20 years in Japan, this is the first time to have something stolen, so it is quite disappointing.

Excellent Clean Stay

The room was clean and spacious. It was a quiet neighborhood. Close by to many convenient stores and grocery store (Mammy’s). We (family of 4) only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore much. But it was a nice stay as we wanted to stay away from the busier side of town. There is a 24 parking lot right across the street, so it was very convenient. Overnight parking was ¥500 maximum (2200-0800). Water was hot with great shower pressure. The loft sleeping area was roomy and comfortable. Would stay again. The checkin staff had an english speaker, so check in was easy.

Had to check it at a different location which was quite a ways away (about 15 min drive). But you dont need to check out there. You can just lock the room and your good to go. Had an minor issue with first entering the room. The pass code didn’t work. It was about 1900 but there was a number I could call to get it sorted out. Communication was not easy (little english), but we got through it. In about 5 minutes my code worked. Im glad i didn’t have to drive back to the check in location.

A bit difficult the check in system. You have to check in in a different location than your stay and that was confusing
