It was the perfect fit for our family of 4. Our two teens loved it and it was a geat first stop on our Japan trip. Really nice and clean and had great facilities. Loved having a washing machine and really loved that you could dry laundry overnight in the shower room, we need this in Australia! The free tea/coffee machine downstairs was super handy. The area was perfect, although in hindsight we would probably choose somewhere a bit closer to the train. We arrrived mid August, so on a hot day the train station seemed ages away, even though it was only about 10 minutes. Loads of great places to eat nearby and easy to get further afield on the train. There was a supermarket a block away, vending machines every few metres and various convenience stores within minutes on foot. It was really quiet at night too, so we had good sleep all round.
The access to the balcony was blocked by the bunk beds. That is the only annoying thing about the room. We did go out there but the door was difficult to open, then we had to squeeze around the bed.

The apartment was a good size for Japan. Having a laundry machine in the unit was very convenient. It was also close to the metro station, which made getting around easy.
We stayed for 4 nights , but unfortunately no one came to clean the apartment during our stay.
