You won't be able to leave your luggage after check-out or send it in advance to the hotel.
The location is great: the metro is within walking distance, lots of local, non-touristy places to eat, and two big grocery stores with ready-to-eat food, laundry, drug store, and event if you face an illness - an international clinic is very near.
The room is the perfect size: you can place two big suitcases on the floor or on the big couch. The bed is very comfortable. The small kitchen and washing machine are in one place.
For light sleepers: it is a quite place. No big roads or any building construction.
Overall - quite good. Nothing fancy, but clean and equipped.
The check-in instruction came right before the check-in time, so I was a bit distressed when I saw the closed hotel door. But this is a minor inconvenience.

What a fantastic place to stay! The accommodation is spotless and wonderfully organized. You'll love how close it is to Namba station and Daikokucho subway, plus there's a great selection of shops, pizza places, cafes, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Our group of four including two children found the room to be perfectly spacious for our needs. We'd definitely book here again when we return!

It was the perfect fit for our family of 4. Our two teens loved it and it was a geat first stop on our Japan trip. Really nice and clean and had great facilities. Loved having a washing machine and really loved that you could dry laundry overnight in the shower room, we need this in Australia! The free tea/coffee machine downstairs was super handy. The area was perfect, although in hindsight we would probably choose somewhere a bit closer to the train. We arrrived mid August, so on a hot day the train station seemed ages away, even though it was only about 10 minutes. Loads of great places to eat nearby and easy to get further afield on the train. There was a supermarket a block away, vending machines every few metres and various convenience stores within minutes on foot. It was really quiet at night too, so we had good sleep all round.
The access to the balcony was blocked by the bunk beds. That is the only annoying thing about the room. We did go out there but the door was difficult to open, then we had to squeeze around the bed.
