The humidity and temp in the room. I tried to adjust the unit but it could not keep up with the humidity. Also there was very very little in the way of food or coffee syrups for a person with celiac disease. All i could have was the cooked eggs and i didn’t like their texture. The coffee syrups could say they are or aren’t not gluten free

The location and staff were great!
It would be nice to see the wall mounted hand soap, lotion and shampoos/conditioners in the rooms. Also the bottle fill water station did not work which was a bit disappointing. Lastly, I know it’s a struggle to get and keep good help but the common areas i.e. hallways, areas in front of the elevators, lobby need a good sweep/mop and vacuum.
