Getting Around: There is no need fore a Car rental - Situated on Av. Sabóia, the property enjoys a strategic location in Estoril. The Estoril Train Station is a mere 10-minute walk away, offering convenient routes to Lisbon and other coastal towns. Several bus stops are also within close proximity, making it easy to explore the local area and beyond. For those who prefer to drive, the A5 motorway is easily accessible, allowing for quick trips to Lisbon and Cascais. Cyclists will appreciate the nearby bike paths that lead to scenic spots and key attractions. Other Things to Note: Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two. If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed. * Please know that for late arrivals, the following charges will apply: -For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €30.00 -For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €60.00. -We are obliged to collect Tourist Tax for the city of Cascais, in cash on each arrival. The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax. * Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise. * Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.) * Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency. * Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of our agreement with our owners.
