About this condo rental
Situated in Sunnyside, this attractive condo for $315 per night is a great choice for your next break. âSunshine and Sandâ is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on one level directly on the beach. Pinnacle Port is in a gated residential community. Located in the gated community of Carillon, Pinnacle Port is nestled between the residential homes on the east and Camp Helen/Inlet Beach to the West. With this resort, you get the close proximity to 30a, Destin, and PCB without the PCB crowds! The resort sits on 26 acres, includes one parking space, and access to wonderful amenities. C2 302 condo is in the mid-rise building of the complex, and there are pools, a playground, shuffleboard, and Lake Powell. Yes, you have lake access too, and kayak & paddleboard rentals are available!! There is also boat access, so bring your watercraft with you! Lounge chair/umbrella rentals are available and there is a discount on the weekly rate. Literally walk a few feet from the condo to the beach, and youâre all set! We chose this condo because of it's family-friendly setting, and beautiful uncrowded beaches. Itâs close enough to Panama City Beach and 30A to take advantage of all both areas have to offer. Perfect place for your beach vacations, with some great eating, shopping, and Pier Park located nearby. The condo: Youâll find everything you need in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. All on one level, there is a full kitchen, bar top counter and chairs as well as a dining table, and the loveseat is a pullout sleeper. The master bedroom has a beautiful ocean view with a queen bed and the master bath has a huge double-vanity sink. The guest bedroom is large with a queen bed and the guest bath includes a second full bathtub/shower combo. As of April 2022, our condo is almost completely through with renovations. And while the ocean makes for great scenery, there are three TVs, a DVD player, and free WiFi đ Thereâs a hairdryer in the bath, and the kitchen is fully stocked including everything you need to cook in, toaster, microwave, and a blender for tropical drinks! There is a full size fridge, and a washer/dryer as well. Amenities: The property has tons of activities to keep your family busy. There is a large pool is attached to the tower building next to the mid-rises and sits Gulf-front so you can see and hear the waves while swimming or catching some rays on the sprawling gulf front pool deck, and there's also a smaller pool right outside our building (across the parking lot=wear shoes). And, if you're hungry, The Cafe (open during the summer season) is located right on the pool deck at the high rise tower and serves a wide variety of food! One of the best amenities is the natural 880 acre Lake Powell. Canoes and kayaks for use on the lake are available for rent at the office. A dock and boat slips are also accessible for Pinnacle Port guests. There are also grills, a children's playground, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard and bocce ball, and a basketball court! Additional Information: * Near 30-A: Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton are literally around the corner (the only thing separating Pinnacle Port from 30-A is Phillips Inlet/Lake Powell/Camp Helen). You'll love that you can enjoy all that 30-A has to offer, without the 30-A price tag (or crowds). How close is it? Rosemary Beach is your view from the west side of the condo (2.7 miles by vehicle). * Panama City Beach is just 10 minutes to the East (Pier Park is just 8 miles down Highway 98). * Destin is 30 minutes to the West (Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just 30 miles to the West). * It's inside a secluded, gated, security patrolled beach community - shared with Carillon Beach, a private, planned community reminiscent of 30-A developments like Rosemary, Watercolor or Seaside. Its secluded area, while close to all the aforementioned tourist cities, is quiet and there are no city lights to compete with the backdrop of stars over the ocean at night. * It's on the BEACH! No streets to cross, just walk out the building onto the beach.

Pinnacle Port is a perfect place to stay for a beach vacation,,, the beaches are the best, so easy to access , just steps away from our Condo.. C2 Building. Our condo host Lori was awesome, she was very responsive to our emails and texts.. and the condo was so comfortable and EVERYTHING we needed was provided ! We brought our own beach chairs but there were plenty available to rent. We can't say enough great things about our trip! Will definitely stay at Sunshine and Sand Condo again!

This was our second time staying in this unit! We love the beach front views, closeness to the beach, and all the amenities in the community area!
The room was exactly as described! Everything was clean and well kept! The condo even had shovels, nets, boogie boards and other sand toys that the kids enjoyed playing with at the beach!
We loved riding our bikes in the neighborhood and putting our kayaks in at the dock!
Check in was super simple and the host was very responsive anytime we had to contact her!
We would definitely recommend this unit and we will be staying here again!!

This was the prefect little spot to enjoy a week at the beach. Lori was wonderful about communicating with me as needed. The condo kitchen has all the basics for a week away from home. The beds were comfy, and 2 bathrooms was a big plus. The view of the ocean was lovely as well. We had no complaints at all!

Property was just as described and nicely appointed. Couches were comfy and the place felt welcoming! We had an awful week of weather, but with the location we were never more than 30 min from finding other activities. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location could not have been better, super close to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was truly lovely with so much to do, our teens loved walking around and all the amenities (pools, tennis, basketball courts). Very walkable and safe area! The condo itself was lovely, to be able to literally walk out onto the beach was a game changer and so convenient. The view was beautiful and we loved being able to enjoy the patio. We discovered Philips inlet late in the week but it was the perfect spot for our infant to enjoy the beach without having to get in the ocean. Highly recommend to other young families. Communication with owner was seamless! We cannot recommend this spot enough and canât wait to book again!

Loooved this condo. So super cute. Everything was very clean and they had everything you could need in the kitchen (if you would like to cook while there)
The condo is in a PERFECT location. It is directly on the beach. It was so nice to be able to just walk up when I needed to eat a snack, grab more water, or get more sunscreen. We didnât have to haul everything to the beach with us. Super nice!
It is away from the traffic of pcb and close enough to seaside to go to dinner and hangout there if you want to.

The condo was nice, however the air conditioning situation was very poor. We found out after the second night there that the whole complex had been having issues for quite some time.

The Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. FANS!! were in every room since ceiling fans arenât an option. We brought our own since no other condo has ever had those for every room, but it wasnât needed:) Power strips were also an added bonus since everyone has something to charge these days. The furniture was comfy and big enough for all of us. The beds were comfortable. The view was awesome. Communication with the owner was fast and helpful. What more can I say? Stay in Sunshine and Sand for a great location - away from the crowds - and a beautiful home away from home!

I have been coming to Panama City beach my whole life and this is the cleanest, nicest condo I have ever stayed in. The beds were so comfy and every item we needed from pots and pans, to plenty of towels, and plenty of dishes were provided. Lori was beyond accommodating and did everything she could to make our stay easy and stress free. We will for sure stay again!
