Located in the gated community of Carillon Beach! Pinnacle Port has an awesome location between the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell and next to Camp Helen St Park. This small community has tons of amenities which include 2 pools (1 heated in the cooler weather), Boat Dock on Lake Powell, tennis & pickleball courts, shuffleboard, playground and grilling pavilion. Easy access to 30A, Pier Park, Destin and Panama City Beaches restaurants/shops but without the crowds!
Being on the beach and Lake is special with kayak & paddle board rentals just across the lake ~ on site @ Camp Helen St Park.

Beautiful condo, nicely updated and decorated beautifully. It was clean, smelled good and perfect for our family of five. It had everything we could have needed for our stay. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella for use also!

This is one of the nicest condos we’ve stay in at Pinnacle Port. The property was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

This is the cleanest vacation property I’ve been experienced. Everything was perfect. Plenty of room for my family of five. Beautiful ocean views. Easy beach access. Wonderful host. Thank you. We will be back!

Love this Condo. Kitchen has everything you need. Beachfront balcony. Easy beach access. Well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Would love to return. Gated security 24/7. Felt very safe.
