This is the choice 2Br Unit, bought from the Developer, on the 3rd Floor and from the patio - - view the main pool, approximately 1 mile of beach and you can throw a rock in the ocean from this same patio. Elevator provided. Pinnacle Port shares this gated Community with Carillon Beach. You're on the World's most Beautiful Beach. Note: Only 20 Steps to the Beach

This condo was in a great location between Seaside and Panama City Beach. It wasn't crowded and was on the beach with great views of the beach and the main pool.

I have stayed at Pinnacle Point many many times. It is always a pleasant experience. I really like the layout of this unit, but it does need updating/ repairs. The owner was very responsive to emails.

Here was our experience.
1. We had to contact the owner multiple times on our drive to the beach to see if we could get the code to get in. We didn’t have any information until we were already on the way. Terry was very nice when we finally got into contact with him an hour before we arrived.
2. The condo smelled musty and smoky. Every time we returned the condo we were surprised by the smell that never went away.
3. It was advertised as having Wi-Fi. It did not. The owner was very nice to give us his cell phone and ask us to contact him if we had issues. We contacted him about the Wi-Fi and never got a text or call. The directions said to look at router. We couldn’t even find a router or signal at all.
4. The condo was advertised as recently remodeled. It was not. It is in poor condition . Everything was very dated and worn. The bathrooms had mold in the showers. The shower knobs were barely functional. The dishwasher was not attached to the cabinet and would fall forward out of the cabinet.
The location was great. The community was great.
The price was high for a condo with that need of renovation and repair.

We enjoyed Pinnacle Port in general for its nice pool and location, but this condo is in desperate need of updates and repairs. Bathroom fixtures are old and sinks have drainage problems. Main living area tile looks new, but carpet, counters, etc. are old. The ocean view is nice.

We booked with Terry for our vacation rental. He was very easy to work with. We were getting married on the beach and needed a few extra days to prepare for wedding and then a vacation and he made this happen. The condo was clean and spacious. The views from the balcony were amazing. We seen dolphins a few times. It was easy access to pools and parking. We will def stay here again.

We’ve visited PCB for many years and love the area, but we wanted a calm location this year to celebrate our high school graduate and Memorial Day.. Pinnacle Port was so peaceful and quiet! The condo was clean and had everything we needed with super quick access to the beach, and beautiful views of the ocean when we were back in the room.. Drives to Pier Park and popular restaurants didn’t take too long so it was totally worth it to stay on West side of PCB.. Will definitely stay here again! ❤️

My friends and I loved staying here over our spring break. The place was clean and had plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. Terry was very helpful and very nice to us! Great location, especially for families. We even used the shuffleboard and volleyball outside!

Terry was more than helpful with our requests. Location was exactly what I needed. Away from the hustle of PCB. Loved the fact we could visit Rosemary beach, quaint little shops and a beautiful setting. Rosemary has that Marco island feel. A Publix and a Dunkin only two minutes away from the condo. Nothing negative about this trip, Pinnacle property management could alter/ update the exterior of these buildings and create a combined community metamorphosis. A big Thank You to our host Terry.

When we arrived, we immediately found the floors had not been cleaned. Cracker crumbs were on the mat at the entrance, more crumbs under the dining table and on the rug in front of the couch, dead bugs in the master bathroom, and strings, lint and "stuff" on the floor of the first bedroom. Contacted the owner and he said he would send the head housekeeper. She did come back only to vacuum the front bedroom. Also, the unit smelled very musty, cabinet doors were sprung and would not close. Overall, the unit was very "tired" and in dire need of updates, pest control (we saw a live roach bug in the back bedroom) and a thorough cleaning.

My family and I stayed the week at B1-306 condo and was Very pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the condo. The condo was decorated great and the amenities were fantastic! A small walk to the beach and pools came in handy! We will be staying here again in the future !! Thanks Terry Crouch

Ocean view is spectacular. Unit could use some updating , but king bed is very comfortable , water pressure is great , and main pool was nice and cool.

Like many others we have been staying home for over a year. We usually cruise every year so I was hoping for a property that my 70+ year old mother could enjoy the salty smells, ocean breeze, and feel half normal again. This was just what was needed. We really enjoyed the location. We had teenagers with us as it was spring break but you wouldn't be able to tell that where we were. Plenty of room on the beach even with families spread out. It was a very different story at the other end of Panama City, you could tell it was spring break there. We would stay at this property again. Thank you for having it available for others to enjoy.

The beautiful beach was steps away from this property. The location for the kind of getaway I was after, was perfect. It was peaceful, quiet, and secluded. There were times that we were the only people on the beach. The property was clean and could use a little updating but the location and beauty of the beach outweighed all of that! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be delighted to go back again!
