The PBC is a modern & spacious 1,000 sq. ft. freestanding beach house situated within a 10,000 sq. ft. lush tropical palm grove. There are over 200 palm trees offering filtered shade and tropical ambience accentuated by the light ocean breezes passing through the palm leaves. The entire property has been designed with excellent attention to detail, amazing amenities and for your privacy. Imported Indonesian furniture from Bali and the Pacific Tropical Fusion landscape and house design make you feel like you are on your own private island!

Great tropical outdoor living areas provide amazing retreat and entertainment options. The front fire patio with its outdoor fireplace chimney is surrounded with relaxing deep seating arm chairs creating the perfect day & evening garden fire-side lounge. The cottage was beautiful and very well outfitted. We didn't have a chance to take advantage of all that this cottage has to offer but if we had had time, it would have been great.Eric (the host) was available and responsive. The location is close to downtown with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The train station is a couple of blocks away and there is EV charging close also.My wife and I definitely recommend this.

This home is amazing, owner was fantastic to work with. The grounds are perfect. Forsure renting again

While Eric the owner is very nice, the listing is not entirely accurate. The owner lives in the guest house behind the home you are renting. You will hear water running through the pipes when you are not using any water. The bedroom is so bright at night I found it hard to sleep although the bed was comfortable. Location is great. VRBO should require that it be disclosed about the owner living on the property. I traveled alone but if i would have been with my family i would have been even more disappointed.
