Brilliant beautiful place Cyprus especially protaras genuine friendly people great accommodation food excellent fantasti

The property was very spacious and had everything we needed the location was excellent 15 minutes walk to the main strip and the same to Green Bay beach which is excellent for families with children very safe

There wasn’t anything not to like about the villa

Nice villa bit tired!

Good space both inside and out. Enough bathrooms for our family size

Furniture was tired in need of update both inside and out. Leisure facilities were poor, pool table inusable and table tennis table had broken net. Although facilities were adequate they didn't meet the standard on the website eg books, dvd, wine and needed more cleaning materials on site. Pool was a bit gruby when we arrived but was cleaned acceptably by pool person.

lovely modern Villa but needs work doing to it.

location although next to a busy road was close to a lovely bay and 5 mins from protaras. pool was nice.

cockroaches, sofa smelt bad, aircon failed in two rooms, damp smell downstairs, pointless pool table as it couldn’t be levelled and dirty cushions (cat poo on one) on outside furniture ( I informed them at the beginning of the week about this but nothing was done)

I would definitely recommend staying there!

We've travelled in company of two other families with small children and we found the house to be very lovely for a holiday rest (we should consider renting a house with no pool next time - in March the weather was not good enough to make use of it plus we had to always be on an extra lookout because of travelling with small children :))! The house was well equipped for a our stay, the hosts were friendly and explained everything clearly. The house is in a quite neighborhood - beaches are a short walk away. I would definitely recommend staying there!

The house was not completely fenced, plus the main gate did not completely close - only a problem while travelling with small children. Cats around the house! Eight and still counting...

villa provided everting we needed and in a great location

Excellent location, very close to beach and shops, bars. villa well presented, staff very helpful when we needed anything

hot water a bit hit and miss although there were 9 of us electricity situation inconvenient - basically goes off when you leave the property. made washing and dishwasher difficult Better signage on road as was hard to find first night in the dark

Great value exceptional quality holiday home

We are a Family of 11 age range 5yrs to 85yrs. Villa was modern spacious clean well presented and well contained. Kitchen had all required equipment and crockery Including coffee maker washer and dishwasher. Bedroom's had lots of storage space Beds were clean and comfortable. The pool area was large had plenty of sunbeds and seating. We arrived about 10pm so the welcome pack was very much appreciated (bread butter jam ham and cheesr milk coffee tea sugar water and juice). The villa has sea views to the front which was pleasant to the eye. The local beaches and coves 5/8 min walk. We used the watersports centre which was cheap and safe. The local supermarket is close enough to top up with supplies when needed. Protaras main strip is a decent 15- 20 minute walk . We choose to eat out most nights the return journey proved a little challenging for the tired old n younger members We tried taxi €10 but eventually hired pushchair and mobility scooter. We hired a car for 7 days (platon €140.!!) this helped with bigger shopping trips . We used "volt" several times for McDonald's n takeaway delivery service. Overall we highly recommend this accommodation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was really good. If I really wanted to be pathetic. It was close to the road and living in a village it took me a while to get used to the traffic noise. It was a little too far out of the town for the older member but that was not an issue the rest enjoyed the walk. We did have a discrepancy with two breakages. The TV was blown over by the strong breeze because we had two adjacent patio doors open together. We feel tv should have been fixed to the wall or signage to indicate possibility of this occurrence. There was also a detached pool light that was previously shoddily repaired with 1 screw instead of 3. We ended up loosing our £230 deposit to compensate. Management did visit to discuss this but it was a case of " I need to speak to my manager" we coudnt be bothered to argue any further so allowed them to keep deposit.

Superb

Great location especially with a car as it’s close to other places to visit. 15 minute walk to the main beach and 20 mins to the main restaurant area. 4 of us stayed in this place and it was such a good space for us. Clean and nice and modern.

There could have been some more basic items provided to assist with cooking and cleaning.

Fantastic highly recommended

Beautiful villa, really nice and modern. Great service one small issue with electricity and was fixed in 30 minutes. As it was a bit cold we asked for some thick blankets and they were delivered in 45 minutes. Really friendly service and you can easily walk to the fig tree beach, it's beautiful.

As we were with a group of 8 just a few more mugs and bowls could be added to the kitchen, otherwise perfect.

Disappointed about not having table football but overall amazing villa would book again

Villa was very spacious and modern, easily accommodated our party.

Booked this villa as it had ping pong and according to pictures it was supposed to have a table football too. Was not notified the table football wasn't there which was a bit upsetting. The host advised that instead of the football table its not ping ping which wasn't true as in pictures it shows both.Later advised its broken therefore not available. Upon a check in we noticed rubbish in the garden and pool, also the table was completely dirty and sandy in the outdoor area so seems like housekeeping had forgotten to clean the outside prior to our check in however once reported was shortly sorted by cleaners coming round to do the garden area.

Simply Superb

This villa is superb .The lounge area is comfortable with modern & tasteful furnishings .The kitchen well equipt plus a fab timing table and 8 comfortable chairs .Beds lovely and comfortable with plenty of pillows .Downstairs has a snooker table and table football which the kids and big kids loved . The pool and pool area is east facing so has morning sun in the winter( we stayed for a week in late october) for an early swim .The villa is across the road from a dive centre and a cul de sac road that leads directly to the beach .It is only 5 mins walk to several lovely cove beaches including Green Beach where there are statues and pillars to snorkel around ....and we saw turtles swimming there .It is 15 minutes walk to "The Strip" where there are lots of restaurants,pubs , clubs and shopping . There are 2 villas mine slept 10 and was villa A .I cant recommend this highly enough and woukd definately stay there again .
