Do not book this apartment. Unclean and smells of smoke. Host unhelpful.

The apartment is listed as non-smoking. The previous tenant had been clearly smoking and the whole apartment smelled strongly of smoke. Barely used apartment during our stay as my son was coughing the whole time we were there and we had to keep all windows open onto the busy road through the night. Apartment is also badly worn and unclean. The photos listed do not reflect the current condition. The host offered no alternative accommodation and has dismissed our request for a refund, offering only a 10% discount. Booking.com also haven’t supported us at all.

Enough space for 3pax. The kitchen was well equipped. There is a hairdryer. Near amenities, so we can get grocery done. Parking is by chance if are early enough to get a good spot.

From the start the online check-in was a nightmare, error message kept popping up, I was unable to upload picture for verification. I had to email and no respond. Waited till I received a number to contact. Whatsapp reply were very slow and sometimes no reply at all. No instructions on how to turn on the heater or how use of washing machine. We were so cold that we had to turn the cooker on. Advertised for 3pax to sleep, with one on sofa bed, BUT no bedsheets and duvet given for 3rd person. It's winter, how to sleep without a duvet and with heater issues. There was only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel for 3 pax! ALL the soap were running out. From bath, hair and hair soap all left with last 2 presses. Worst of all, while cooking half way, the electricity short-circuit. The heater stopped working. It short circuit 4 times! Had to go round the place to look for the switch to turn back on. What a nightmare. Calling the "hotline" but they kept saying they could not hear us. Feedback given through Whatsapp message and calls, but the towels and soap was only given the next day. We had to live with 2 bath towels and no duvet or pillow for the 3rd person. In the end, had to use our padded jacket as blanket. Still no pillow or duvet, just bedding to put over the sofa. It was the most horrible stay compared to the rest.

This apartment is a scam, and the handler is a scammer . They will request your IDENTITY CARD. After you pay for the booking and receive your confirmation code, they start asking for your personal details on Whatsapp. They then request a deposit that isn't listed when searching for the house on booking- please avoid booking with this property . They are genuine real estate scammers. They stole my hard-earned money after demanding my driving licence or passport and a £ 300 deposit . I paid £ 226 for the booking, and then they asked for the remaining £ 300 deposit. Really? After some hours . They cancelled my booking and tell me the cancellation fee is same amount of my booking which means my £226 is gone lol.. I slept outside the property with my two kids and wife .. so sad .. bad experience …. I cried. They make me feel hopeless . After a long day drive just to lay down and relax and all this happened .. whosoever do this to me on this day will never know peace .
