Convenient for centre but quiet. Good space in the house for two couples and baby.
I was a bit surprised at the requirement to pay a deposit, but this was returned very promptly when we left.

Friendly host, quiet neighborhood, bus stop & convenience store nearby. Flexible payment terms of the host is a plus for first-time traveler.
We felt it has slight location disadvantage, but this is our perception only

Property is on the edge of a really nice park and is walking distance from the centre. It’s got pretty much everything you’d need for a weekend stay.
The photos and reviews of this property give the impression the property is better than it actually is. The property looks and is a mess from the outside and things don’t get overly better inside. There’s nothing really that could be improved other than a really good deep clean and a bit of tlc. Cleaning definitely the main issue. Other examples include loo seat slipping and off hinge, no lock on door, feet filthy if you walk bare footed, bedding adequate but a bit tired, same with curtains and towels that were ok but old. Dishes and cutlery needs washing before use etc.
It’s ok but could be loads better - in summary it’s the kind of place I’d stay with the lads happily enough as a crash place but if you’re taking wives and partners then I think you’d want a bit more of the finishing touches.
