Apartment was very clean. Location was good. Overall a pleasant experience.

The entrance and the stairs were a bit dirty & neglected. It was disappointing that we could not have access to the balcony.

Good location but poor quality

The location of the property was really good. There are a few nearby restaurants and also not very far from a local grocery store. Surrounded by many student-accomodation buildings and a couple of 3-star hotels. Staff at the reception on the check-out day was friendly and she waived the GBP 10 for one-hour late checkout (12 noon instead of 11 am).

Unfortunately the quality of the apartment was really below average. Floors make a creaky sound, furniture is quite old, old facilities. Single bathroom for a two-bedroom apartment, hardly any amenities available. Toliet tissue ran out. Didn't recieve check-in instructions on time. Had to chase via several messaging and delayed response for the required information. I do not want to be too harsh, but its was really not worth the price for 2 nights. Perhaps at a lower price per night could have been acceptable. We had much higher expectations for the price that was being charged.

Adequate

The patio doors could not be locked. The bathroom sink was very slow to emply. The emailed information could have been clearer to read regarding access to the car park and building. There was no reception (we arrived at around 7pm)
