The facility was clean, the beds were very comfortable. Two separate bedrooms, two separate toilets—everything was perfect. The location is also great, very central, you can walk everywhere. The river view is wonderful."
You have to pick up the key from a supermarket with set opening and closing hours, located about a 5-minute walk from the property. As a result, when you arrive, you're forced to pick up the key in a very central location where cars cannot stop.
Furthermore, we checked out on Sunday. We were explicitly told that we had to leave by 10:00 AM, which we did. However, since it was Sunday, the supermarket where we were supposed to return the key did not open for another 2 hours, meaning we had to wait 2 hours just to drop it off. During this time, we kept getting emails asking if we had vacated the apartment and when we would return the key, which was quite frustrating. I wish there were a key drop box available upon departure so we wouldn't have had to wait 2 hours to hand it over.
Unfortunately, this information isn't available when making a reservation. Only after booking will you receive a message stating that you need to collect the key from a supermarket, making you completely dependent on the store's operating hours for both arrival and departure. We had to wait in the city for 2 hours just to return the key.
Aside from this, the kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, but most of the pots are not suitable for induction cooking. There is also no kettle. If the property improves on these two points, it would definitely deserve a 10 out of 10 score."
