The inside of the apartment was clean and comfortable, the appliances worked well, and the location is good. It's walkable to many places.
The balcony was filthy with pigeon poop - it's clearly not cleaned or even swept. The keypad to get inside the building to get to the lockbox doesn't work well at all, and the hallways are dirty. Our hallway on the 3rd floor smelled bad, too. The interior courtyard is very depressing, dark and half full of rubbish bins. Not a nice place to look out on every day, and very little light gets in.

Clean well fitted out apartment, wonderfully helpful hosts who answered all requests very quickly and did everything they could for us. Easy key collection on arrival and in a perfect city center location yet on a quite street so noise was minimal on the night.

Lovely location for central Bristol
If anything, just needs a bit of a deep clean, noticed the paint marks on the ceiling but the property is well maintained and clean

Building smelled and I did not feel comfortable in it - felt unclean, despite efforts to make it into short stay accommodation. Wished i had chosen the other option I was looking at.
