Clean, well equipped, comfy apartment, very easy check-in. Very conveniently located near the Bristol hospital campus where I was attending my training course. Iron and ironing board available. I believe, hair dryer was also available. Well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the city centre.
A few little wear&tear defects noted, eg loose handle on the bathroom door and a stain on the floor, but this was not an issue. There was a slight odour in the bathroom due to limited ventilation if the door was closed. However, this was overcome by leaving the bathroom extractor on for a bit longer and the door a bit ajar. There was no mould. The bathroom was clean.

Great location and view. Good clear instructions for accessing property and it was very straightforward getting in. Comfy and clean - handy little kitchen with essentials, nice clean hot shower with good water pressure. Very comfy bed.
Iron and board provided.
The building itself smells of rubbish and the room is only accessible via several flights of stairs. However the smell didn't make it into the room so didn't affect comfort of stay.
The bathroom light operates on a sensor which is helpful when going in but sometimes lights would go out while in the shower (despite only being in for a few mins) and the extractor fan makes a sound that permeates the whole apartment and can't be manually switched off, but would sometimes be triggered despite the door being closed with no one in. Needed window open to stay cool enough, and it's a noisy part of Bristol, but high enough that I was only disturbed by a couple of loud street sounds.

The location is very good. It is also a very cosy room with sufficient facilities to cook a simple meal. I did not get to use the laundry though as the washing machines are at a separate place in the building. I also like quietness in the room. Though street facing but it’s quiet enough for a good sleep. There is also a big bin in the room for rubbish, which is good. Thanks for hosting.

Short walk to nearby shops
Was very noisy at night, one of the blinds wouldn’t come down so the light was shining through making it hard to sleep. Went to check in at 14.45 and cleaner was there so we just asked to leave our bags and we would pop back in a bit, she said that was fine. Went to grab a bite to eat came back at 15.40 and cleaner was still there. Was supposed to be able to check in from 15.00.
