The flat itself was lovely and clean. We liked the location as it was easy to walk to the centre of Bristol and near to some nice cafes , restaurants and pubs. We liked that this flat had allocated parking.
The outside space lets the flat down the parking had rubbish and some food waste on the driveway and the communal area is shabby. There were only 2 bowls for cereal etc - so more needed. It was tricky to park the car considerately in the allocated parking space as weeds and foliage obscured the small wall at the front and passenger side of the space. We didn’t want to scrape the car wheels or the front bumper. It would be better if these weeds were cleared to make parking easier.

The location was perfect , within easy walking distance of the city centre and the accommodation was comfortable, well equipped and clean.
The 250 deposit was a little unexpected but my fault for not reading the small print.

Free parking space, easy to access accommodation spacious comfortable rooms everything you need is available even washing machine with washing tablets!
Great communication
Nothing really, maybe stairs as in 3rd floor but can’t be helped.
