La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de varios centros comerciales. Las instalaciones del hotel son limpias y amplias. Las habitaciones son grandes, las camas cómodas y el baño de buen tamaño, hay agua caliente. Sirven un buen desayuno con varias opciones. El personal es muy atento y amable. La piscina es grande, limpia y el espacio de la piscina es tranquilo y agradable. Tienen parqueadero cubierto. Fue una muy buena experiencia.

Todo estuvo bien. Podrían remodelar un poco los muebles, aunque están en buen estado, tienen un estilo que los hace ver antiguos, pero es solo una sugerencia, porque por funcionalidad están bien.

Location and some members of staff are the only positive aspects

Infrastructure is pretty obsolete. I stayed for working purposes only one night and in the morning the whole hotel was without water!! I met some important guests (president of relevant National institution) at the lobby that had to start their business day without showering. Value per night is so high considering the facilities the place offer. Windows facing a main avenue does not have any isolation system, so I woke up at 4:30 am due to the traffic noise.

The staff is outstanding. Everyone is kind, efficient and flexible. Breakfast is generous and good, waiters are so nice.

Furniture could be upgraded in the rooms, but everything is amazing for the price!
