The location is fantastic—just two blocks from the main park and close to downtown, the Éxito supermarket, Cristo on the hill, and our favorite coffee shop, Jende. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and attentive; they even asked for my floor preference and gave me a wonderful top-floor room with a view. On top of that, the hotel was impeccably clean, and room service was provided daily.
I honestly don't have anything negative to say about my stay.

Cleanliness of room. Staff and food in restaurant.
No pool. Jacuzzi had to be reserved and with added fee.
Visitors were NOT ALLOWED to go into room without incurring and additional charge. No written guidance as per that rule. Therefore, my cousin and family had to wait in the lobby for me. This only seems to apply if VISITOR announces themselves to the FRONT DESK. I witnessed many enter the facility in groups and not be questioned or charged for access.
Sliding glass door to view outside had no locking mechanism. Anyone can enter room utilizing ladder to gain access.
