Es bonito, agradable y tranquilo la atención al cliente y la poca variedad de conos estuvo bien.
puntos que no me gustaron, 2 días en las noches sin luz y sin aire acondicionado, el primer evento nos comentaron que fue por la caída de un árbol pero el segundo no hubo explicación y quedando toda la noche sin luz y aire acondicionado, el hotel no tuvo reparación alguna con los huéspedes por estos eventos, ninguna explicación ni resarcimiento, me enteré que la habitación no cambiaron los tendidos en los días que estuve allí, además que se me perdió un abanico de mano. Realmente no volvería.
