This adorable New England cozy cottage in located in the lively Brant Rock Esplanade neighborhood. It’s a short stroll next door to many restaurants, shops & nightlife (TheJetty, Haddad's, The Hop, Venus etc). The house is across the street from Brant Rock Beach! 3 Bedrooms sleeps 8. Bedroom 1 - king, Bedroom 2 - full and Bedroom 3 - queen and a twin. There is an additional twin bed in the living room). Watch the world go by from the screened-in front porch. The Gorgeous Duxbury Beach is just minutes away. Linens and towels are provided. Guests will be provided 1 beach towel and 1 bath towel. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Check in was easy Air conditioners made for comfortable sleeping at night. Would have preferred 2 bathrooms but it was in such a great location we'd stay there again!!

Great location. The hosts were great. The cottage was clean and close to town. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Recommendation would be to have hooks on the wall in the bath to hang towels when you shower.

Beautiful Hidden Gem just steps away from Bryant Rock Beach!! Rob & Nadine's Beach cottage is amazing, very clean & modern. They have every ammentity that you can possibly think of to enjoy your beach vacation. The location is perfect in walking distance to some great restaurants, beaches & live entertainment. Rob & Nadine are great hosts & communicators that are available to answer any questions that you may have. Everything in the house is brand new. The furniture & beds are very comfortable. All the appliances work great & the air-conditioners keep you nice & cool. This Beach Cottage gets 5 stars plus in my Book!! Can't wait to come back & stay again soon!! Thanks for a Wonderful Stay!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage by the Sea. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and communicative throughout the whole process. This was our 3rd summer staying in Marshfield and by far our favorite place. We would most definitely stay again. Our children are older - 24, 21 & 17 and love all there is to do nearby and we got some good beach days in too!

We enjoyed our time at the Cozy Cottage and the surrounding area. The cottage was well appointed, clean and centrally located in the quaint Oceanside town. It is called Cozy but it had plenty of room for five adults.

Our stay was short but sweet! Adorable little beach cottage, perfect for a quick stay in one of our favorite MA towns! The properties walk to the beach location was ideal for my boys who love to fish and my little ones to explore the tidal pools!

Great cottage lots of beds and clean. Access to the beach was across the street or you could just watch the waves crash on the beach wall. Plenty of places in walking distance for food and entertainment. Nice walking trail behind the cottage as well as the beach. Neighbors and the people are friendly.

We were looking for a cottage for a beach family vacation. This fit the bill! We could walk to shops and restaurants, and A playground. You can also ride bikes to Green Harbor. The house was small but comfortable. My kids loved the hammock on the front porch. We have family in the area, so we will be back!!

This is a cute place. Spacious enough for the 8 of us. We were told not to open the upstairs windows b/c they were replacing them soon which was OK, but one window had no screen and was stuck open, and some screens were ripped which let in some bugs. Overall it's a nice place but not a whole lot to do so if you're looking for anything besides a rocky beach a nice walk you'll have to look somewhere else. Must drive to a sandy beach and pay-for-parking in upwards of $20.

Quaint and rustic ocean town cottage. Owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. Neighbor was hyper sensitive to use blocking the shared driveway so if you plan to bring more then two vehicle you’ll need to find another spot to park.

I can’t say enough good things about the owner of this property who has helped us tremendously through our stay! Our stay in this cute little cottage was great. Our girls immediately felt comfortable and loved their rooms. Perfect summer cottage with the beach close by. Walking distance to restaurants and small market. Highly recommend and also highly recommend booking any property with this owner!

Our family had a fantastic time at the Cozy Cottage! We spent everyday at the beach and had a daily visit with an adorable baby seal. The Cottage was super clean, bright, welcoming, and had many places for people to gather. Walking distance to restaurants was a plus. Definitely would recommend!

The space was great! We do a girls weekend trip every year and this gave us all a place to sleep! It was great! If I could suggest one thing, is it would include that linens are not included in the Check in email for one last chance to make sure the renters know that, it was listed in the listing, when we went back to look but somehow 6 detail oriented ladies still managed to miss this. Thankfully Rob was quick to respond with a close affordable option to buy some sheets and towels right near by.

Great place. I can't wait to use the house next year. We go fishing every year up here. The people are great. Everything including the docks are walking distance. Till next year.
