Situated in Ocean Bluff Brant Rock, this charming house for $395 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Casual elegance with spectacular Oceans Views and Magnificent Sunrises set this ocean front stunner apart from the rest. Renovated in 2015, this vacation home has it all. Kitchen with center island leads to open living room with great entertaining space along with 1st and 2nd floor decks. BR 1 is conveniently located on the 1st floor with a queen bed, BRD 2 has a queen bed and BRD 3 has a full bed, bunkbeds and crib. 2 Full baths. All the amenities of home with gas grill, 1st floor laundry, cable, TV, WI-FI, air conditioning, printer scanner, bikes, wet suits, water shoes, etc. Private steps down to beach. All linens and towels provided. Rents from May thru October for 7 night minimum, in 7 night increments: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

We had a wonderful stay at Bal's Bluff. The house was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. George and Mary were the perfect hosts, even thoughtfully gave a very generous tote bag of "Marshfield swag". The absolute best part of this rental is the ocean just steps away. Morning coffee on the deck with the sun rising led to shade to enjoy the rest of the day seaching the horizon for seals, and scouring the rocks for shells and hermit crabs.
Total relaxation! We are looking forward to summer 2024!

We travel from NJ every summer to visit our extended family and are so happy to have found George and Mary’s place as our new go-to. The location is perfect. Aside from the incredible views, it is also walking distance to restaurants, shops and most importantly, ice cream!!

The house was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for a fabulous week. George was a very gracious host and he and Mary had the place all ready for us. George answered all our questions and had several helpful tips about getting around Boston and things to do. Would highly recommend this home.

The house had everything we needed for a visit with our older parents. Despite the rainy weather it was a treat to listen to the surf. The downstairs bedroom and proximity of the downstairs bathroom was quite suitable for my mother, who has mobility issues. All in all very nice place, as advertised.

Over all it was a nice get away. Very relaxing , it could use a little more privacy at the windows. Wife didn’t like the openness.

Absolutely beautiful home with breathtaking views. We got to see 2 full double rainbows and the most amazing sunrises! Perfectly furnished and supplied with anything you would need! Very spacious and comfortable! Communication with George was always so easy. Can’t wait to go back! Already booked for next year!

Best time of year for the fall colors.
The communication with the owner’s, George & Mary, was excellent. Mary met us on our arrival and gave us the grand tour. She even had welcome gifts for us.
The house provides all the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. The garage is supplied with bikes, lawn games, beach equipment, and even wet suits. Indoors, there are puzzles and board games for more entertainment. It was great sleeping with the windows open and falling asleep to the waves on the beach and waking up to the beautiful sunrise. The kids had so much fun exploring the beach, looking for crabs, and climbing on the large rocks looking for buried treasure. 😊
During our 11-day stay, we used the home as a hub for touring the 6 original states. This location placed us within reasonable driving distance to each one.
I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to see all the beautiful fall colors and enjoy the crisp clear weather we had during our October vacation.

Did I say PERFECT?! Amazing views - called Million Dollar View by a few visiting cousins. Great location. In the middle of tourist destinations as well as local family. Loved the small town feel and local restaurants. Accommodations were outstanding. Items to share in the cupboard, plenty of towels, dishes - I could go on :-). George was a gracious "host". Very responsive to my questions ahead of our stay. Will go back again for sure - but it may be a while - because this GEM books up quickly. LOVED our stay there!

Great house on Cape Cod
We stayed a week here with 4 adults, 3 children and an infant. There was plenty of room for us.
It was a wonderful house equipped with all the things you need for a stay. I especially enjoyed having those things you only need a little bit of during a week’s stay (aluminum foil, salt, ziploc bags)
The house was just as pictured. At low tide, our kids especially liked going out and finding crabs.
George and Mary were very responsive and kind hosts. There was a wonderful gift bag full of items from local stores upon our arrival.
We really enjoyed our stay!

It’s Good to be Home
Our extended family meets in Marshfield once a summer to reconnect. Of course we missed last year and we all booked very early to insure that we wouldn’t miss 2021.
I was delighted to find this beautiful ocean side rental in Ocean Bluff. It was beautiful, well stocked and convenient to the shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere all week, racking up the steps and meeting on the sea wall.
The owners seem like old friends greeting us with goodies and a tour of the house. It was a thoroughly enjoyable week.

Lovely, neat and clean oceanfront home in a great location - comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with many more things than expected in a vacation rental.
Rooms are bright and airy with beautiful ocean views, and the 2 decks are comfortably furnished and sunny. There is ocean access right from the back yard (the 2nd set of steps are a bit steep, but weren’t a problem for any of our group - ages 17 to 60.)
There were bikes, wetsuits and water shoes in the garage, (and also a grill), as well as a kayak under the deck. Beds were quite nice and there were plenty of extra sheets and bedding available if needed. Living room furniture was very comfy and good-sized tv was easy to operate. WiFi worked without a hitch all week. There were lots of towels available for use - both bath towels and also beach towels and chairs.
There is not much more needed to improve the experience, other than perhaps AC for the very hottest days. (We managed to hit both a heatwave and then some severe thunderstorms and cold within the same week).
Sunrises were amazing, and we also loved observing the numerous seals that came close to shore each day.
The owners, George and Mary, were wonderful - accessible and helpful whenever needed.

Lovely home, great stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this delightful beachside home. It was the best equipped house of any we've stayed at -- it had all of the kitchen equipment we needed for cooking, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, etc. It was such a joy to watch the sunrise and have coffee on the porch. The beach is rocky, but everyone got absorbed in finding their favorite rocks. The owner was very attentive and easy to reach. Thank you!

Beautiful House, Gorgeous Views
We had so much fun during our stay. The house was very clean and well-kept. It had everything you need for a beach stay (chairs, wetsuits, water shoes, beach towels, etc!); just bring your bathing suit and groceries! You can't beat the location. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream and a small grocery store. The beach in front of the house was perfect for swimming at high tide and searching for sea glass and crabs at low tide. Waking up to the sunrise from every bedroom was amazing!

Beautiful ocean side cottage with all the amenities you need to enjoy a week on the beach
We’ve rented several homes through VRBO and this was by far one of our favorites! You couldn’t ask for a better location or home. Literally, just a few steps from the ocean, and a short walk to several restaurants, or short drive to Plymouth, Boston or The Cape. When we arrived, the owner personally greeted us and spent time showing us around the home and where everything was kept. Super hospitable and quick to respond to questions. We will definitely consider this home is we return to the area.

Mom's 90th Birthday Celebration
We could not have been in a better place to celebrate mom's milestone birthday, near her favorite place, the ocean. It was super clean and we were provided just about every provision we could have asked for. Each sunrise was amazing and no two were the same. The simple pleasure of watching the tides change mean't so much at Bal's Bluff. We will probably come back.

Immaculate Oasis
I would say that wonderful owners George and Mary are the best thing about this property but that would be difficult, given how much I also loved their home! It is a gorgeous jewel of a place right on the water. The house is in mint condition, views cannot be beat, and the breezes are spectacular.
We could not have had a nicer time here. My children loved it too. I hope to come back!
