*-NOTE for the Elderly: There are some stone steps along the path to the apartment that must be navigated. Also due to weather effect the stone patio by the front door can get a bit uneven so please watch your step. See pic.

Garden of the Gods entrance - 5 min (it is a beautiful 40 min walk there from here)
Old Colorado City- 10 min
Manitou Springs - 12 min
Pikes Peak Road up the mountain entrance - 20 min

Downtown - 15 min
Closest Hiking and biking trails in Ute Valley 5 min. But there are many more!! Blodgett Peak etc…
Tons of shopping and eating within 5 mins, Briargate, and other areas are a 5 - 15 drive and offer everything you could possibly need.
Colorado Springs is beautiful and very well laid out. You can get pretty much anywhere of major interest in or under 15-20 min.

I Loved this VRBO because they had a shoes off policy which makes it feel extra clean!
Shoes are dirty and makes any place feel unclean so that was a definite positive for me!!
It’s super cozy and bed and pillows comfy! Kitchen well stocked. This was perfect for our needs.

Our youngest daughter and oldest granddaughter graduated and wanted to visit Focus in the Family and some of the other attractions located in Colorado Springs. This property was perfectly located to everything we wanted to see. I loved that it was in a residential neighborhood, this made us feel like we were actually at home. We felt safe and the views were terrific. Our host were on property and were very helpful. Shane even gave me a jump one morning when I left the lights on in our truck. The bed was better than my own, everything was clean and there were no unpleasant surprises to this listing. The house is very well furnished, the area Was extremely quiet and peaceful, and our stay was terrific. Will definitely put this place on my list of things to do again.

Mariana was a great host. The property location is great — very near to Garden of Gods and other sites. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and met our needs in all ways.

Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. Mule deer outside the house and also saw different birds and a black squirrel. Very close to everything we visited. Would certainly recommend.
