Our family stayed in Rome for 2 nights. The company was very communicative for check in and very friendly at check in.
The apartment is very nice with large rooms. The balcony is very big as well! There is a restaurant directly across the street that we loved! we went there for breakfast and dinner.
It is easy to Uber to all of the tourist destinations from here. Good location.

The property was better than we were expecting based on the reviews. The apartment was in need of some repairs but we didn’t choose an expensive apartment and the price reflected the overall quality of the property. The best about this property was the size. We were a group of 3 couples and a child and we had 1 full bathroom per couple in addition to another guest bathroom right in front of the entrance.
There is also a good convenience store right across the street, we had everything we needed to save on the cost of the restaurants.

Great location, nice neighborhood
This property is the perfect place to stay for doing all the tourist activities in Rome. It is a 15 min walk to the Vatican or the hop on hop off bus, which will take you to all the major attractions. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood had a convenient grocery store directly across the street. This is not a luxury place but perfect for sleeping and site seeing. Lots of resturants very close and safe neighborhood. Great value for the price.

Super sized for large groups or families!
This VBRO was outstanding for our large party of 4 couples. The bedrooms are large with each having its own full bathroom. The beds were comfortable and all rooms have AC! The kitchen was well equipped and there is a 24 hour full grocery store across the street. Outstanding location - 15 minute walk to Vatican or easy access to public transportation. Ample good, authentic restaurants in area. The value for the price would be hard to beat. Highly recommend!

Nice Place in Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It is within walking distance to the Vatican, and is in a neighborhood setting that is quieter than in the heart of the city. There was a small grocery store and a coffee shop right across the street. A gelato store about two blocks away was excellent, and there are many restaurants within walking distance.
The place was clean, and everything was in working order. The clothes washer was very small, and took hours to complete a single load. You may want to plan ahead if you plan to do laundry during your stay.
We did have an issue with noisy neighbors a few nights of our stay who I believe were renting the next door apartment. I think it was just bad luck, and not necessarily something I think would happen frequently. Most of the building's residents were very quiet.
I have no hesitation recommending this place to others, and I would stay there again if we were visiting Rome and planning to spend time at the Vatican.

Huge bedrooms, convenient location
We had a great time at the apartment. Although the living area is not large, the humongous bedrooms more than make up for it. The manager was amazing, having set up extra beds as I specified via email. It was walking distance to the Vatican, which was amazing.

My family, 6 adults, 3 children, 1 baby, loved the location of the property. It is close to everything ( St. Peter's Basilica, Vatican, market, bars, restaurants ). The 4 bedrooms and 4 baths made for perfect sleeping arrangements. Federica was very accommodating in setting up the beds the way we wanted and getting a crib for the baby.
Now for the bad news. The floors were filthy and the rooms really need some fresh paint. One terrible think that happened and was not handled properly at all. We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon and were met by Gianaluca. He is like the apartment manager. He was very nice and showed us around the apartment. We went to the market, bought groceries, and loaded up the refrigerator.(meats, cheese, milk etc) That evening the refrigerator stopped working. I called Gianluca, he came over and couldn't fix it. He said he would get a repair person there the next day. Thursday comes and the repair person comes and it can't be fixed. I call Federica and I get Claudia ( one of the owners). I tell her all our food has been ruined and we have no way of keeping anything cold. Thursday evening, she brings us a tiny fridge. It was big enough to put the baby's milk in it, and that was about it. Friday afternoon they finally deliver a new refrigerator. They plug it the middle of the hall and leave it there for the rest of our stay. By the way, we were told we couldn't use it until later in that evening. So, We had no refrigerator or freezer for two and a half days and all our food spoiled.
No apology, no mention of compensation, no nothing. Very disappointed.
Something very strange about this property that others should be aware of . Sara Greffi is listed as the owner. It was very confusing that I never got responses from her. I still don't really know who Federica is . She corresponded with me the most. I think Claudia is an owner, but I am really not sure.

Very disappointed. We had eight people and needed four bedrooms. We were put in a 3 bedroom. The owner had to have known that she was going to put us in a subpar apartment and did not notify me until the day we flew out. We arrived in Rome with nowhere to go and stayed at the apartment since it was only one night. We had booked the same apartment for our return from a cruise and I notified the owner that we wanted to cancel with a full refund since it was not what we had paid for and we were booking hotel rooms for our return. While on a cruise for a full week, she waited and contacted me on our return date even though I had communicated the week before that we were not happy and wanted a full refund on the return stay. After we checked into the hotel, she sent an email that someone was waiting for our arrival. She was well aware of our cancellation request asking for the refund. I'll be fighting this one with our credit card company.

We were looking forward to staying in this apartment but when we arrived, we were checked into the adjoining apartment which was not nearly as nice. Kitchen was dark, no windows, no living room seating or couch, and apartment faced the road so very noisy all night long. Super disappointed. No response from owner when we expressed our disappointment.
On the upside, property manager was very helpful arranging transportation from the train station for us.

Fantastic accommodation
This apartment is airy, spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable for a large family.
The location is excellent for accessing St Peter's and within walking distance of some Rome attractions. Just across the street from a grocery store and steps away from a gelateria.
Responses to inquiries were prompt and informative.
We highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Great for Family/Friends reunion, close to vatican square
Nice location, less than 10 min walk to the Vatican square, 2 blocks from a train station and bus stops right infront the apartment
we went with 3 families with teen age kids and were able to comfortabilty accommodate 13 people.
4 bedrooms each equipped with private bathroom. Shower is very small but it was ok for few days.
Had small kitchen but enough to get all of us together after a day visiting all Rome places.
Also has a small balcony, but allowed for 6 adults to comfortably take a rest outside with a glass of wine to relax.
The owner and admin were very helpful and had no trouble getting in/out the apartment. We rented it for 3 days then took few days to visit south of Italy and then came back again to the appartment. Would definetely recommend and hope to come back

Great location!
5 minute walk to St. Peter’s Square. About 25 minutes to walk to Trevi Fountain/Spanish Steps/Campo Di Fiori. Some good restaurants near by. Goose restaurant is very good. The was a group of 5 of us so it was nice that we each had our own bathroom. Nice place.

It was very large, spacious, comfortable and in a perfect location.
We were a party of 8 from the UK on a three day sightseeing trip and the apartment was ideal for our needs. It was only a 10 minute walk to the Vatican and we walked to the Colosseum in 45 minutes. There were several very good restaurants in the area, our favorite was Goose which was only a three minute walk away. Our host was very helpful and they transferred us to and from the airport for 80 Euros each way. Our only complaint was the queues of sightseers everywhere we went - but then we were adding to the queues! Just across the road was the perfect patisserie where we had breakfast every day. All in all a great trip.

Close to train and the Vatican. Great if traveling to the cruise port.
I had a group of 10 and a baby. Our stay was great. We arrived at the Roma San Pietro Train station and walked about 800 meters to the apartment. We were early and called Gianluca who met us at the apartment entrance to let us in early. We were able to store our luggage before check in so we could go to the Vatican for a tour. The place was very clean and close to restaurants, cafe, and a market. Our group reserved the apartment before and after a cruise from the Civitavecchia cruise port. The train from the airport is very easy to use and only cost 8 euro a person. The train to Civitavecchia was only 4.60 euro a person. The Roma San Pietro train station is very easy to use. Google map tells you to go outside the terminal to get to the apartment but in reality you can just follow the sign for Gregorio from the platform to the street. This will save you walking as it leads just a few blocks from the apartment entrance. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a kitchen with stove and refrigerator and a washing machine, and a balcony. Free Wi-Fi is also included. They will provide meals for you if you want but there is a nice coffee and pastry place less then a block away and many restaurants around the area. The apartment has air conditioning but make sure to turn one room on a time and then close the bedroom doors to maximize the cooling. The main entrance to the building has a lock so only those who are staying in the building have access. The apartment is located on the second floor but there is an elevator for those who can't do steps. The area was very safe as we were out early and late and had no problems. The walk to the Vatican is about 10-15 minutes and the walk to the Colosseum is 1 hour. From the street you can see the dome of St. Peters. Walking is great because it allows you to see all the amazing architecture and fountains of Rome. The only concern we had was the front door. Make sure you understand how to open and lock it as it is very different from the locks in the USA. We struggled with it but after a couple of tries we had no more problems. This was my third trip to Rome and I was very impressed with the Apartment and the cost. I would definitely stay here again. If you are visiting the Vatican or going on a cruise this is a very convenient place to stay. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic apartment in a great location near the Vatican!!
What a great find!! The apartment is centrally located near restaurants, bus stops and most importantly, within a few minutes from the Vatican. The apartment itself is huge with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathroooms, a kitchen with all the amenities and an AC in every room including the living room. Gianluca who manages the apartments in the building is very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. He was able to answer all our questions and ease us in and out of the apartment. There is another apartment next door which can also be rented out if more space is needed. I loved the wide open feel with high ceilings of the apartment. There are restaurants everywhere but our most favorite restaurant in Rome is the Goose restaurant which is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The food in that restaurant will always be memorable and the price is more than reasonable for a fine establishment. This apartment has it all...location location location!!

Great apartment and friendly service
The apartment is roomy and comfortable - much better for large groups or a family instead of a hotel. Everything was clean and the fast wifi was a bonus! The owners worked with us on arrival times and leave times and quickly responded when we had an issue with the key (and I mean like 2 minutes quick!). The location is great with a cafe next door and a market across the street to buy pastries, staples and fruit. I would definitely return to this house if we returned to Rome.

Great place for a large group. Good location with lots around.
I organized a trip for 8 people and we stayed here in our first few days in Rome. It was comfortable with generous space for everyone. It was clean and the location was awesome. It is right across the street from a 24 hour market and the Vatican is a short walk away. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms a decent size. My only wish was that they have a coffee pot. All they had was a tiny percolator that made about one cup at a time. Fortunately plenty of cafes nearby to get your morning caffeine.

Perfetto!
